Callum helped ensure that I chose the right wine fridge, working over the Christmas/New Year period, and then that the model was delivered as quickly as possible, together with some additional shelves. I am very happy with the Climadiff Garde 150D that I ordered, and the price paid. Delivery was to the first floor and was not a problem for the two person delivery team. I was looking for wine shelves for my Climadiff and found the exact model on elitefridges. It took a few days to ship but other than that everything was fantastic.

I got through to Hayley at Elite Fridges after 2 other vendors let me down. I wish I had called her first! Superb service and great communication, plus a 2-man delivery into the final position - few others offer this service and it is so valuable. We had a problem with our two zone wine cooler not controlling temperature properly in the bottom zone. I raised the issue with Callum who was excellent to deal with. We quickly established a dialogue via email and after a few tests established that a repair was indeed needed. He arranged this quickly and the repair was carried out expertly by the engineer from Kool Planet. Delighted with the customer service approach of Callum and very happy to do this positive review.

Easy, quick, great product

It was easy to order and then they came with my new fridge on the appointed day, fitted it and took the old appliance away with no fuss. Good service. And a good price too!

Elite were great. They answered lots of questions before I bought - the chat function gets you a very nice person not a bot - and their technical lead gave me a really helpful, detailed answer to a question about operation when I bought.
