A great experience at Elite,Leatherhead. Found the tyre I wanted on Elite's website, best offer out of four local local depots that I tried, and Elite could fit same day, I arrived early and the work was completed ahead of the scheduled time. Most importantly, I experienced friendly and helpful service. Good attention despite the team coping with a new management structure.

Replaced two tyres very efficiently at a competitive price and even mended my front bumper at no charge at all. Very happy with the service

Have used the Stroud depot as ATS for several years now, and was always very happy with the service and staff. Am delighted to say that now as Elite, the level of service remains impressive, the same staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Always willing to go out of their way to provide solutions to problems. Please carry on!

Great service on the day. Undertook the work at the agreed time. Very efficient, helpful and friendly. Initially had trouble getting through on the phone. Reception area clean and welcoming.

Called in at The Portsmouth Coach and Horses Roundabout branch on the off chance they could regas our AirCon that day. We were on the overnight ferry to a very hot France and the car's air con was lacklustre! Good points: they fitted us in and they were very nice people. Downsides... most expensive recharge we've ever had (£144) and the air con was no better after they finished. So a waste of money.

The staff are great the service exceptional. Called if for Air con top up so impressed I went home got my other car and did all over again WELL DONE Denmead Tyres

I did an online booking. They were ready for me when I arrived at my booked slot. Tyres fitted within the time they said it would take and to the online price. I asked for an alignment check and they said no further alignment required - so they aren't out to fabricate work. All staff I dealt with were courteous and friendly, will definitely return.

Excellent service. Really friendly helpful staff. Very honest, told me only needed 2 tyres not 4. Result, thank you I really appreciate the fact I was not over sold and have a few more 1000 miles before 2 more are needed.
