Took my wife car for full service, and because she said she heard noises on the front wheels. My wife took the car from them they said all good to go,no problems but they didn’t give her paperwork with any work regarding the full service. A week later she went back to them raising the problem about the wheels noise and why no paperwork for full service. They had another look at the car and said the front disc and brake pads need to be changed. They quoted for £250. She took the car the next working day, left the car at 9 am and no call until 1:30 pm. I pop into the garage 10 min later to see what is going on with the car and they told me that the car is almost ready to go, last few checks 15-20 min. Called my wife to go and pick the car,when she arrive to pick up the car they told her that the rear brake pads need also to be change. They had the car for 4:30 h and they realise in the last 10 min that the rear pads need to be changed. And the price from £250 whent up to £368 for front disc and pads.

One hour later to be told they cannot change the rear pads because the car is to new. Nissan qasqhay 2021

Helpful staff, a garage had said there was nothing wrong with my car but they looked at it & found a broken spring in under 5 minutes - with photographic evidence. They then ordered the parts and had it fixed 3 hours later. Absolutely no complaints

Always pleasant and offer a great range of tyres. Never pressure you into the higher ranges and the service is extremely efficient. I had two front tyres changed within an hour of a phone call to them. Will always go back

Brilliant service went everywhere else to get tyres they was the cheapest and the service was brilliant people was really helpful and tyres was done in know time what so ever

Very good service friendly staff on the counter,booked the car in for an M.O.T.They phoned me when the car was ready to pick up (it passed) then when I paid found it was cheaper than the last garage I went to and no grease and oil stains on the carpets which I had to wash off.

Have always given me good service over many years.

I visited the Ashford Kent branch yesterday as my car was making a strange sound. The workers were very friendly and helpful, they gave the brakes a clean and the noise disappeared.

They carried out everything I had asked them to on my car and also explained the extra checks that would be done that were included in the price.

Had a vibration through the steering wheel at 50mph so got my wheels balanced, and now vibration has gone so the technician did a good job. Pluss I thought it was good value for money.

I realised I needed a new tyre before my MOT and rang to ask if they could do it when they had the car for its MOT. The woman answered no you can't have it done during the MOT !!!!!! I know I am not stupid I meant before the MOT. Told to come at 10 am as MOT is 10.30 am. Duly did so, asked how long I should allow as I have to stay in Shaftesbury as too far to go home. Young man said he didn't know as he doesn't know the timings, I was 10 minutes down the High street and a call to ask me which tyre needed changing, as I have 3 new tyres I thought it would be obvious, as it was below the legal limit. I phoned at 11.20 am to ask how much longer told MOT takes 1 hour, and I didn't bring the car until 10.10 am, I did not, it was 10 am. giving them 30 minutes for the tyre. I slowly walked back and got there about 11.40 am. The car was ready and passed. Not a good experience as I am in my 70s. My usual Garage, ( I've used for 14 years) closed in Shaftesbury so I had to find another Garage. Will not go again.

Booked for an MOT. Boking was easy and the MOT was done in the time slot allocated then ready for drive away.

Had 4 new tyres fitted and a transmission oil service. The job was finished earlier than expected, and came in a bit cheaper than the original quote - first time any garage has done that for me! Elite are now my default garage for any work. 👍🏻

Elite Garages performed my MOT and it failed due to a tyre issue. They phoned me to explain that and put a new tyre on and then reran the MOT and it passed. The price was reasonable and the service was good.

Nice easy online booking system, fair price for an oil service and friendly local garage to deal with. Will 100% use again.
