Nice personal approach helped me as my particular floor was discontinued and I was able to acquire last few tiles and work into my original design. The delivery company was a bit slow but to be honest I got the tiles by the weekend which was the important bit.

Customer support at the sales level is second to none. Brett is both helpful and informative without being at all pushy.

Good delivery time and a great product. The swisstrax flooring was actually enjoyable to put down.

I purchased a set of Swiss Trax tiles in slate grey for my single garage. Thanks to Brett the process was very quick and easy, he advised on the right choice of tile and potential layouts etc.

Brett arrived on time, was personable and easy to chat to. My garage walls aren't particularly straight, Brett took time to make sure fitting was done properly. Overall very pleased, no hesitation in recommending EMF for anyone looking for a quality service.

A great service and product fitted with care and ease. From start to finish we were extremely impressed with the information, installation process, quality of product, professionalism and friendliness of Brett.
We would definitely recommend Brett to design and install this product as he went above and beyond fitting our new garage flooring, checking small details to make sure we were happy with the end result, traveling quite a distance to reach us.
Once he had finished the installation Brett then cleaned the floor explaining and showing us the best process of maintaining the look of our garage floor. He also explained how to lift the tiles if needed. He left our property clean and tidy with an assurance that we could get in touch if there were any problems or questions we needed assistance with.

The floor tiles were delivered on time but nearly all the boxes were split down the sides of all corners. Luckily the tiles were not damaged but this would be down to the poor quality boxes used combined with the heavy tiles.

Great product and great company! Brett and Charlotte could not have been nicer people to deal with. Brett came and installed the SwissTrax himself in our garage and on a balcony leaving everything looking excellent. We are thrilled with the result.

Elite supplied and installed SwissTrax RibTrax flooring in our cellar. Their communication and installation service was excellent, quoting promptly and arriving exactly at the agreed time on installation day. Their products and service are incredibly competitively priced compared to other flooring types which were both less durable and less suitable for such a tricky environment. I'm so glad I opted for EMF to install the floor themselves - it was easy, quick and the overall result is incredibly smart, practical and allows the cellar floor to breathe as it should, meaning we should be able to enjoy a clean, dry cellar for many years to come. Would definitely recommend both the product and company.

A fantastic service from start to finish. Charlotte (Sales Manager) responded to my enquiry on a Sunday afternoon with a detailed quotation and mock-up design. A couple of weeks later the floor was fitted and I am absolutely delighted with the end result - Highly recommended.

From initial correspondence with Charlotte on Instagram dm through to design optioneering, advice, ordering and an unexpected large order discount offered the whole experience was brilliant. Not to mention the product being great.

Excellent company to deal with, we added a large number of tiles to our sales area, the tiles are perfect, really transforms the image, the team sent out an illustration and samples, and once agreed were in and out in a day! Highly reccomend

These guys work hard to ensure the whole experience from enquiry to installation is seamless and easy for the customer. I first enquired about an installation some time before proceeding but advised I had a lot of sorting out to do in the garage before I could commit to an order. Charlotte was great in working on a design and quote and kept me informed of the progress after placing my order. Brett is a great installer and was well as working fast, somehow managed to leave my garage tidier than he’d found it.

EMF has a good selection of options available across the Swisstrax range and is able to offer advice on the pros and cons of each as well as some design customisation options as part of the service. Due to an issue out of their hands with the courier from their supplier not delivering my tiles in time, a rearranged time slot was needed but Brett offered an unexpected reduction to the quote to compensate me for the inconvenience - quite unnecessary but a nice touch on their part.

While the result is absolutely stunning one thing I would point out is that if you have a pea shingle drive you may wish to carefully consider which tile to go for as the stones can frequently get caught in between the ribs of the tiles. Not a major issue but something worth bearing in mind
