They will not refund you even when you have returned items -- they will say they only received one of the items.

Additionally, when you try to return other items and email them, they don't answer you UNTIL AFTER the return date is past. They do this intentionally.

I was an early adopter to this brand, which meant waiting months for them to piece together returned merchandise to send to me (that's what they actually said) until I finally gave up and cancelled my order. When I came back months later to try again, the customer service was terrible - they said they wouldn't let me swap an incorrect size sent to me because it was final sale and when I was able to sell that piece second hand and ordered the correct size again (I know), I have been waiting over a month again for delivery with no response to my inquiries about the package. It seems from the clearance sales that maybe this brand is already on the way out, as they should be.

This is a bait-and-switch company. I was *finally* allowed to exchange an item that was the wrong size, but told that if I paid up front for the new item, it would be shipped immediately. I did so, and it's now six weeks that I'm waiting for it.

To add insult to injury, the item is now on sale for HALF PRICE but the company won't honor the difference by giving me the sale price for the item I haven't even received yet! So I'm paying full price for something I haven't gotten that others can buy for literally half what I paid. This is disgusting and insulting business practice. Don't buy here.

The fit is terrible and it is not priced for the quality. The customer service is even worse! My shipment was delayed and when I wanted a refund they refused. I could only get more crappy products.

They took money months in advance for subscription orders. Instead of setting aside the merchandise for the paid orders, they continued to sell all of the merchandise on their non-subscription site. Once they were sold out, the discontinued the styles. They fail to notify subscription customers the products were sold out and discontinued, and, thus would never ship. They kept the money for the orders without notifying customers of the issue.

I ordered a wrong size. Within minutes of placing the order I contacted the company and asked for a correction. They said they don’t have the ability to do it snd I needed to receive the items snd then exchange them. I received the items. Nothing fits. One size is too small, the other size is too big. I can’t return them for refund! I can return them for credit. What sense does that make if I’m between sizes for their business model and one is too small and the other is too big? I am a little over the 30 days from placing but just at the 30 days for receiving. You count mail time?? That’s unfair. I’m out 300 It’s also unfair that it’s full blown Covid and I’ve had a family member die (funeral on Wednesday and I can’t even travel to attend). I’ve been a customer for years, my work “uniform” is a Elizabeth and Clarke top and a pair of pants. This most recent package includes items from their work from home collection, which is comfy and awesome. Most articles are a bit thin, so they are primarily summer wear. You look like some kind of work from home goddess. The mail person and your pets will be very impressed. They wear well, I toss an item out after about 3 years of consistent wear, and always look put together. My current favorite is the Reeves. It’s super thick unlike the other work from home items, I can see it being my year round uniform. The dogs think I look very snazzy, but I can see myself just putting on some earrings and going to an event in it!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Honestly, the Bronte pant and the Gemma top are my absolute FAVORITE things to wear. I no longer want to wear anything else. Give this brand a try!

Super soft, great color, nice drape and fits well. Absolutely love it, more colors please!

The product is horrible. "Vegan Silk" is basically polyester. So what you're purchasing is an ugly, boxy, polyester pajama set that is no where near worth the money. Even the stitching was coming apart upon arrival. I am sending it back immediately. so disappointing after a 3 month wait.

Took 2 months to receive, very comfortable. Shirt are very short. I prefer longer but knew that when ordering. Shirt run a little smaller. But the pants rock! Very comfort and cool.

Just received my order today. Fast delivery and the packaging was super cute! Everything feels high quality and looks amazing! The pants are so comfortable and look very professional...I can't wait to wear it work.

WOW I love it! Was not to sure what to expect especially because it was so delayed. I must say, well worth the wait. Fits great. Just as I imagined. Perfect for the unexpected OR the expected guest. Perfect for zoom or just lounging around the house. Whomever walks in the door it is appropriate. I love the material and the fit. I am curvy and between sizes 6-8/10. The medium fits perfectly, I am so pleased and you will be too.

After a single week of use: Upon one wash on a delicate cycle (and in a delicates wash bag) and air drying, the product has already began pilling.

The pajamas were very comfortable, but were not as durable for wash as advertised. Very disappointing for the amount of money I spent for the pajamas.

Love the Fey tee because of the fit and material. Went back to buy 2 more in black and white. I’m 5’9” and 155 pounds and bought the size 8. Loved it but also went back and bought size 6 for a smaller fit. The material is soft and thick but buttery and breathable. Love the black and white. Highly recommend.
