I had an issue with a bag strap
I had an issue with a bag strap, even though the bag was a few months old, the customer service team did all they could to help me and replaced the whole bag for a new one and offered me a discount on my next purchase. Everything was dealt with by Suzy quickly and efficiently. The company appreciates it's customers and this customer will be buying more in the future.

Definitely 'Special'
We wanted a 'special' present for a good friend's 'big' birthday - not champagne, jewellery, fancy chocolates or spa day vouchers ... we've done all that. When we saw the Elizabeth Scarlett range, we knew we'd found exactly what we'd been looking for: elegant, luxurious yet practical and useful. Beautiful packaging made a flat make up bag and co-ordinating initial pouch made it the perfect present. She was delighted and the delivery service made everything easy to do.

A Lovely Gift
Parcel arrived on time and well packaged. The bag was a birthday gift for my daughter which she had requested. She absolutely loves it! It appears to be of good quality but not been used yet so time will tell. I think it seems rather expensive for what it is, but it’s a gift and she is delighted with it so I’m happy.
