Huge letdown

I purchased what was advertised as "coats". Certainly nothing like coats. Merely an overshirt. After numerous emails which were ignored to return the items i was told to send pictures and describe why i was returning the goods. I did so. Not a good reason for them to grant free shipping returns and told returns was my responsibility and to pay shipping costs. £38 to return. Needless to say i wasnt doin that. Wish id checked reviews first before buying from this company.
I would never recommend Ella boutique to anyone

If I could give this company a zero I would have

If I could give a zero I would have. I ordered a sweatshirt for my grandaughter , and what arrived had no resemblence to the photo’s . When I complained I received the following e mail
Please note that the item you received was fulfilled according to the product listing and images provided on our website. Claims that the product is “not as advertised” are not considered a valid reason for return.
I have the photos of what was sent for and what was received but there is nowhere to post on here . PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY
