TERRIBLE company, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
They refuse to respond to multiple emails, took forever to ship my package, and completely messed up the customs process, leading to my credit card information being leaked to the courier and charged without my consent.

I ordered a product from Ella James and was really impressed with the service. It was posted the same day I purchased and arrived the following day. When the item arrived it was absolutely perfect. I am really impressed given that I was waiting for the same product from a major retail store for over 2 weeks who then cancelled my order as it was out of stock. Thank you Ella James you really saved us as this was much needed! Wouldn't hesitate to shop here again.

We used Ella James to purchase the furniture for our nursery, and although there were a few hiccups along the way (as can happen), Georgia was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. Her excellent customer service and support made all the difference — we honestly cannot thank Georgia enough for her help!
