Highly skeptical to begin with but I'm now convinced they work
Highly skeptical to begin with. I'm almost 39 & feel like I am in the early stages of peri-menopause. Symptoms such as, fatigue, brain fog, sensitive intimate areas, changes in mood etc. It's not been pretty, decided to give this a try as read a lot about it. I've been on the gold pill from Elle Sara, multivitamins & prebiotics from elsewhere. I feel everything together has made a huge difference in my general well being. I did take a month off the gold pill & my husband noticed a difference in me within about 10 days & urged me to restart them...make of that what you will. I'm not saying they completely override everything & you instantly feel better. It took about 3 months to take full effect, but they are definitely worth the money in my opinion. I've been on them in total for around 7 months.

I have been taking this product for nearly 3 weeks and honestly I don’t feel any benefit whatsoever. I was really looking forward to trying this product but maybe it’s not for me. I do know a lot of people that take this and feel amazing.

I was highly skeptikal at first but after being so drawn in by the instagram and other reviews I decided to give both the pill and magnesium a go. Health is wealth after all.
I felt like a different person since being on the golden pill- happier much more energy, sleeping better, less cramps, my hot flushes subsided.
I noticed when I stopped for a month due to lack of income. I felt awful and the exact opposite.
So if your in 2 minds about getting these girls take the chance! Your health is worth investing in! 💖

Life-Changing Experience with Elle sera's Golden Tablet for PMDD
I just can't sing the praises of Elle sera enough! Their hormonal supplement, the Golden Tablet, has been an absolute game-changer for me in managing my PMDD. Since starting this supplement, my life has transformed for the better in ways I never thought possible. What used to be up to 10 days of feeling super low, anxious, mood swings, tearfulness, and utter hopelessness and crippling overwhelm has virtually disappeared. Now, I only experience a couple of slightly irritable days right before my period, and that's usually it.
But it's not just the Golden Tablet itself – the customer service from Kelly has been phenomenal. On one or two occasions I have needed some extra input from Kelly, who has been amazing in taking the time to talk to me on the phone and advise and support me regarding dosage. I love supplements, I have always used them as part of my routine during peri menopause, and any supplement that comes out and says they will work(especially with a lot of good reviews), I will have a go, unfortunately this one did not work for me, I tried it for 2 months (surely there should have been a little change?) but nothing changed. don't let this review put you off as everyone is different, so it may work or it may not work.

However I always like to give benefit of the doubt and this review feels like its been written in a very different mind set. So I will reply in the same way as before in the hope to open communications for me to continue to assist you :)
Im sorry to hear you didn’t feel any noticeable changes during your two-month trial. We are transparent from the outset that our product is designed to support the body gradually, and we typically recommend allowing at least 90 days for the ingredients to fully build and begin working in sync with your hormonal cycle. That said, we appreciate that you gave it a good try, and completely understand your disappointment when results aren't felt straight away.
Our only aim is to to help our ladies which is why every reasonable effort to contact you was made by myself after your first review.
I actively tried to contact you via both phone and email to resolve this matter with care. Unfortunately, the contact details provided appear to be incorrect, which has made it difficult to connect and offer the support we pride ourselves on, customer or not.

I've been taking it for approximately nine months now. My mood has improved, and I'm sleeping much better. My hot flushes have also reduced, and it's definitely helped with my libido. I accidentally misplaced my month's supply and really noticed the difference after not taking it for a week. I would recommend it 100%, but you need to give it at least three months before you start seeing a difference.

Already feeling the benefits
Been on the supplement now for 2 months and the benefits have been great. My sleep has been better, I have felt calmer in myself and my last period has been the best it has been.
Still awaiting the libido support as this has been a struggle with having PCOS, not sure if this will impact it.

As for libido, you’re definitely not alone there, especially with PCOS in the mix, which can throw everything off a bit longer term. The Golden Pill does aim to support that side of things too, but for some women (especially with underlying hormonal conditions), it can take a little longer to feel that particular benefit kick in.
You’re doing all the right things by sticking with it, and hopefully as your overall balance continues to improve, your body will start to respond in that area too. If you ever want to chat through anything more specific or see if there’s something extra you could try alongside it, I’m always here.

Customer service is amazing, ability to be flexible with delivery date, which is ideal for me with travelling to ensure i never go without. Great updates on subscription giving you a gentle reminder when your next batch is due. Ive been taking these tablets for a year and after a 2 months i started to notice the changes in my moods, sleep, energy and the biggest and most important one for me is my symptoms have reduced massively with my endometriosis. I have had less flare ups and I use less pain relief which is more than I could have hoped to have gotten from starting the pills....so they're a non negotiable for me now!!
