I’ve been taking Elle Sera for a ‘few…
I’ve been taking Elle Sera for a ‘few years’ now. And highly recommend them to all my friends (even a lady who spotted me in street with my tote bag to ask about them).
Things I’ve noticed since starting them, less night sweats, better mood, more regular periods, more energy.
Sometimes when you’ve been taking something for a while you wonder if it is actually making a difference but I missed my subscription for over 3 weeks of not taking them and really seen a difference. Fair to say they really work and I wouldn’t be without them!
Also customer services is one of the best!!

I would highly recommend any thinking of trying Ella sera to 100% try them. I have PCOS and before I start taking them 2/3 years ago I struggled with not having regular periods all my life. I now have monthly periods for the first time and no other side effect from PCOS. I also take the magnesium at night to help with sleep which is also great. Such great supplements I couldn’t be with out

I’m on my second month taking the…
I’m on my second month taking the golden pill and I’ve got to say I am loving this journey already! The first thing I noticed is a feeling of calm, it’s early days but I do feel happier, which during the summer holidays juggling kids and self employment can be a challenge 😂 . The next is my period didn’t hurt as much, the cramping was non existent and it was a healthy period if that makes sense. Third, my hair loss is no where near as bad as it has been. I’ve even enjoyed alone time more with the boyf ;) finally, I do think it helps with inflammation too and dare I say perhaps weight loss. I look and feel trimmed. It’s just all in all a great supplement and I’m very excited to take this daily from now on. I went on holiday a few weeks back and just missed my second order in the post. As the week went on from not taking them I noticed a dip in my mood and some of my hormonal symptoms gradually started coming back. I was relieved to get home and started popping the golden pill again and can notice such a difference already. Also, my second order came with a beautiful little gift bag which I now use to keep all my supplements in. Thanks 🤩

Benefits speak for themselves
Having been taking these since they were released and the magnesium since they were released I have always found positive impact. I have recently undergone hysterectomy so menopausal symptoms have greeted my body with a vengeance. I increased the golden pill to 3 a day as I had to come off them for hospital admission and after a few weeks of commencing them went back to recommended 2 a day and although flushes are still coming I do feel like I am back in control again. Fatigue is reducing, mood is improving. I have and will always rave about this brand as the benefits are outstanding. I won’t ever stop using these as I dread to think i would revert back to my previously anxious, irritable self.

Best customer journey experience I have received with ANY company EVER! Feel really well communicated with, valued and heard.
Premium product and packaging, top tier info always and feel that the ethos of the brand aligns with my views too.
Have been taking the products - Golden Pill and Magnesium for 8 months now. Have definitely felt the positive effects from the golden pill. With the magnesium I have not been consistent. When I do take it consistently, I notice a difference. This is my fault, I need to change my routine and make sure I remember to take it. So can’t really comment fully on that supplement. The golden pill has definitely reduced symptoms for me. Would definitely recommend you trying it. Of course everybody is different and has different symptoms, but for me I can say it has worked.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Elle Sera as a company on the whole - Absolutely fantastic experience at every interaction for me.

I preferred not to use HRT for menopause symptoms. After 2 months of using Elle Sera all of my menopause symptoms have gone away. I recommend to friends. This product has worked for me.
