Lois is amazing! I hadn’t had my hair done in a long time and had no idea what I wanted. Lois was so patient with me explaining and giving me options of colour and style. She made me feel very at ease and is amazing at what she does. She gave me the most beautiful cut and colour. I was so happy and will definitely be back again.

Had a fantastic experience with getting highlights and extension done, the staff especially Ellie my stylist done a fantastic job, with before and after pictures! Absolutely delighted with the outcome would recommend to anyone.

This was my second hair appointment with Ellee’s Hair Design I requested as best as possible to strip my black box hair dye back to near my natural hair colour it was a long day for all the hairstylist especially the hairdresser that did my hair she did an amazing job I’m so pleased with it and look forward to returning to progress further with my hair thank you so much I’m really grateful 😊

I have been going to Michelle for my cut & colour for 20+ years and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair, Michelle really is the best at her job, she knows exactly what I want every single time!

I have been going to Ellee’s for around 10 years and I have loved my hair everytime I have left. They are a lovely bunch of people who are always kind and make conversation. I currently get my hair done by Emz and she did an amazing job today and did exactly what I asked for. I used to have Lee do my hair and he’s amazing as well. My mum and sister also go to Ellee’s and love it as well. I highly recommend.

I love going to this salon.The girls all go out of their way to make your visit relaxing from start to finish. I always come out feeling amazing. Michelle has brought my hair back to condition and the cut and colour are always spot on. I would highly recommend this salon and any of the stylist’s.

I had the most comfortable, relaxed experience here. Everyone was so welcoming and lovely and even though I had only booked for a cut and blow dry they were able to fit in a quick roots colour for me!
I love my cut and colour (they know their stuff!) and it was such a pleasant experience from start to finish! Think this is my new regular salon! Thank you all!

Just want to say a massive thank you to all at Ellee’s Hair Design. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel very relaxed and comfortable. I am quite a nervous person and struggle with anxiety & this was my first visit to a salon in many years. I had a cut and blow dry. The lady that washed my hair (so sorry, I can’t remember her name!), was very nice and attentive, making sure that the temperature wasn’t too hot, to just let her know if it became too hot & made sure she wasn’t putting too much pressure on my scalp when massaging. She also very kindly offered me a hot drink which I thought was a nice touch.

The lady who done my cut was Emz. She was also very lovely. I absolutely loved my cut and blow dry and was very happy how it turned out. It was great to have a nice chat too as I don’t get to do that often. She also gave great advice when it came to keeping my hair in good condition, as I had some product build up from the shampoo and conditioner I use. She was very knowledgeable and advised of a better one to use that wasn’t too expensive.

All in all I am extremely happy with the service provided. ellee’s has helped me massively. For the first time in a long time I feel great about myself! My first visit to ellee’s for sure won’t be my last, thank you all so very much!!

Was in recently for the first time to have a change of style, From the moment I entered the salon i was made to feel very much welcome. The receptionist was friendly as well as cheery as we’re all the staff I met.
I was asked how I would like the style to change, my stylist lee spoke me through some options. I eventually decided on a complete new style, so he got to work on my transformation. Lee was chatty & cheerful throughout. My transformation was perfect I looked totally different from when I walked in,
I will definitely be coming back on a regular basis.

I booked for a restyle service at the Union Terrace branch. A young lady, I think she started a few months ago because she just finished college, cut my hair exactly as I wanted it. Attention to detail and professionalism are the main features of this hair salon. Highly recommended!

Consistently great cuts, good recommendations on colour and overall friendly relaxing experience.

Shocked and disappointed at the cost. Myself and my 12 year old daughter attended for a last minute appointment at the Union Terrace branch. After discussion with the hairdresser and telling him that I couldn't afford to pay in the region of £150 for a style, he agreed and said he would keep costs to a minimum. He suggested a few foils to blend my hair colour in to which I agreed. My daughter has long hair and we had asked for a dry cut only. When I came to pay the bill I was charged £136! Apparently it was £44 for a 12 year old to have a dry cut and £92 for my few foils and a cut. That was with 20% student discount...cannot understand where they get their prices from and how they can justify charging £44 for a child's cut - especially when the price list says £28! Absolute rip off. Will never be back and will be advising my friends to avoid.
