I would give them 0 stars if possible. They just want your money. There is no medical guidance. The doctor is AI generated. There is no warning of subscription payment. It's just charged and shipped. I was literally on the phone with them to cancel and they were supposedly reaching out to the pharmacy when I recieved notification that a shipping label was created while I was on hold. Then I was told once that happens it's too late to cancel. I could not continue for medical reasons and they still charged and shipped it to me and I'm stuck with something I can't use. Stay far far away. It's not worth it. Seek assistance from a real doctor.

Purchased GLP1, was paying using a payment plan agreed to the terms of the payment plan and when I checked my bank account they took out the entire amount of the medication. Now I am trying to cancel this, I never spoke with a physician to answer and ask questions. Wound never order from this company again. Just hoping I can get my money back.

Company does not stand by their products. I purchased the oral form of tirzepitide which they marketed as highly effective. It had zero effect, and I mean ZERO. They were unresponsive when I reached out, claiming they were overwhelmed with support calls.

I purchased BPC 157 to assist in post surgery healing and gut lining repair. I took a small dose 1/3 less then the recommended amount for 2 days to assess my bodies response. I immediately started to have digestive upset, anything I ate made me horribly nauseas, I was having increased bubbling and gurgling in my stomach, that then turned into diarrhea. It has been over a week of this and I decided to fast to give my digestive system a break but the gurgling and bubbling has not stopped even after 3 days with no food only water. I most likely at this point am going to need to seek medical attention as I cannot eat anything without wanting to throw it up. I reached out to EllieMD’s doctors that you get assigned to when you purchase through their online pharmacy. I was given the impression I would get a 30 minute consult upon signing up, which did not happen, but even worst is the generic answers given (discontinue further use and seek medical attention if…) to me about my reactivity and no further advisement about what I can do. I would say I am highly disappointed by the care that I received. I chose Ellie MD to have verifiable medical backing when purchasing peptides as I could have just gotten it off of any old website and received the same advisement from chat gpt. Everything about ordering, delivery and response has been great. As long as you don’t have an adverse reaction ordering through them is fine. However if you have a sensitive system, or underlying health issues, and have any adverse reactions they will be of no help to you. So keep this in mind when purchasing. You may want to work alongside your own doctor and have them be in the loop about the peptides you are taking so you can have that support in case of anything going wrong. EllieMD does not have doctors who care or will actually support you.

I have been using Ellie for about 6 months and have found their meditations to be top quality. I’m using a compounded Tirzepetide, NAD and glutathione. Anytime I have had questions and have sent the doctors a message in my patient portal, they are quick to respond.

I liked that they made you check a button that the prescriptions are on auto-refill because sometimes I miss that. I have found it’s really easy to pause or cancel refills in my patient portal if I’m not ready for them and I like that I don’t have to jump through hoops to do that and can do it on my own without calling anyone.

Their medications also get delivered really quickly-most are delivered within a few days which I really like.

Being an MLM, the reps really are not qualified to give medical advice. The Dr that txt me was an AI message and anytime I asked questions I got an AI answer. I needed to lose 10 lbs, they put me on micro does at 2.5. I took it for almost 2 month with NO loss. I ate and drank what the reps told me to, and nothing. I spoke with my personal Dr and was told that does does nothing but maintain. I spent almost $900 for 3 months. I wanted to cancel the auto ship. Was an act of congress to cancel. Don’t buy MLM medical products, go to your REAL Dr.

First, I was granted B12 and nausea pills. They didn't come with my order. I called customer service, they sent them. Second, communicating with your provider is about impossible! Third, I've been on the oral rx, have not lost a pound. Still waiting to hear from my provider on what I should do.

Customer service is a joke. The "Physicians" do nothing and if you need a dosing increase they say sure, charge you a fortune and then do not actually send you the increase. I have returned and canceled. HORRIBLE company
