I bought NAD it made myself violently ill with fever chills vomiting and diarrhea. I went to the ER because I thought I was sick . I tried it again and same thing I waited a few months and same thing again .Also burned badly for hours and had a injection site reaction.I called the pharmacy to see what was in it and they put 6 preservatives in it I was told there was none . The dr also told me he would contact me to see how I’m doing never did . I bought a different NaD product from a different company and I feel great never had one side effect. This company refuses to refund my money for the poison

So far I have been very satisfied with the company. NAD+ has helped with my weight loss on Mounjaro, which had plateaued, and I have more energy. The GLP1 shakes are great and I have definitely lost more weight replace a meal a day with the shake (10 lbs in 3 weeks). My husband takes BPC-157/TB-500 capsules and has noticed a marked decrease in leg cramps and a faster recovery from muscle soreness. He is a black belt with a jiu jitsu gym who couches 4 hours a night and competes every month. He also drinks the GLP1 shakes for the electrolytes and high protein content. So far so good. The company does seem to push to have you be a partner with text messages and emails, but when I said I only wanted to use the products, there was no push back and no more text messages about the issue. I only get emails now on promotional items and information on products. My son and his fiancé use the GLP-1 weight loss injections and are also happy with the products and are loosing weight. They have had some nausea and were given medications up front for this side effect. The doctor immediately called them back when they had a question. Every item came cold, well packaged and with ice packs. I just have had any problems yet.

I’m very pleased with EllieMD. I was ordering from a prior company and their customer service was awful. I could only email them and it took awhile to hear back. EllieMD customer service phone line is great. If they have to look into something further they call you back. Every Thursday night they have amazing educational calls for their customers. I’ve learned a lot on these calls. I am aware they have affiliates that earn commission. My affiliate is amazing. She helps me on my journey so I’m not just left alone out here like other companies throw the medicine at you and you never hear from them again. I’m down 68lbs using EllieMD medication. I also learned they source their GLP’S in the USA so that was another thing I was pleasantly happy about. I feel they care about their customers. I saw few negative reviews on here but not many and I’d say for every 1 negative review there’s lots of success stories. Thank you EllieMD for helping me regain my life back!!

I have been using EllieMD glp 1 since June and have had life changing results! They are very professional and my medication has always come fast and in proper packaging. I’m in AZ and my medication has always come with an ice pack with no issues. The doctor network and support have always been in the US and all of the ingredients are sourced from the US which is important to me. I have lost 37 lbs and have gained tons of energy and extreme confidence. Highly recommend.

An influencer I follow recommended EllieMD. I know it was a paid recommendation but she lost weight quickly. She used to be my height and weight. There were no instructions on opening my 1st batch - crusty, grainy contents that were faulty and replaced by something that looked and tasted totally different. It has no effect at all. Customer Service - the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Sounds like chaos. They are a money making factory and don't seem to care at all.

If I could give minus stars I would! Do not use this company! It is a MLM, total scam. They act like they care about you but will not resolve a thing. I had a major skin reaction and called and spoke to so called doctor (they are not), who said to discontinue. Trying to get this resolved (basically the whole 3 months product that was paid upfront, can not be used) then you call and they say they will get back to you with a solution, and they never do, this is beyond frustrating. Their online influencers are traveling, having lavish weekends, they try and sell you that their clients are their number one priority is a joke! DO NOT use this company! They should be not allowed to operate in my opinion.

A payment for my 3 month supply was taken out of my account on 10/18. On 10/23 I called and asked if they would put a tracker on my subscription. Found out that it had not even been processed through the system even though I had already paid for it! I was told from the start that no payment would be taken out until the day it was mailed! Very disappointed!

Stay away from this company. Have had significant issues with their service and product. For starters all customer service is offshore in India. You will get no help from them and they will yes you to death and you will never hear back when you hang-up the phone. Also look at google maps….their corp address is a personal mailbox at Greenmail….a shady mail collection store. Others have spoken about medicine showing up in improper packaging, which degrades some medications that should remain cool. If it is too good to be true…it prob isn’t going to be what you need and expect.

I might as well be injecting water. I switched from a local pharmacy to Elliemd based on recommendations from a Facebook weight loss group. The dosage was smaller and the price was outrageous. $987 for .25 mg. My doctor said Elliemd is a pyramid scheme, which is why the admin of the Facebook group bans people from mentioning other providers. Elliemd pays people to be brand ambassadors which says all you need to now about the "quality" of their medication.

I had medical issues from the product, tried returning the rest of the product since it caused issues. Understand it could not be returned however, I do not believe I should have been charged for the last month due to medical documentation. There was only one month left to pay and they still charged me. I was promised to get a return phone call 24 hours later and it took them 16 days to contact me back and then told me that I could not have the last month waived

I started about a month ago. I have had great luck. I’m able to chat with my provider. We discussed how I was doing, what my goals were and I let her know I didn’t feel much effect, she increased the dose. Communication is key! I have used other telehealth companies and this one is great! I received my product in a timely fashion and it was packed in ice packs. I am pleased with all aspects of this company.

I REALLY wanted to like this. But I feel this company is still a ways from proper knowledge of shipping of peptides, and customer service expectations.
My peptides (reconstituted) was delivered to me in a foil insulated bag, with no type of cooling (ice packs, dry ice, cooling packs, etc) components. I’m familiar with peptides, and thought that odd. I figured If the bottle was still room temp when I opened it, it would be ok. It was not. Instead it was VERY hot (the bottle itself). That’s not a good sign. I’ve ordered from other reputable companies and that has never happened. It’s always cool, even if sitting out all day in front of my door.
-Long story short, I was blown off in getting answers as they “investigated” the situation. I was so desperate I asked for my money back, I would ship the product back unopened, and I would even pay for shipping at this point.
They ignored me, said the peptide was fine to take, but to make sure to store in cool/dry area. So they contradicted themselves. It was safe to take but needed to be stored in cool climate?? (Which I knew).
I’ve never opened or taken the bottle, too nervous to. I’ve continually offered to send it all back unopened, and instead they “closed” my ticket saying the issue was resolved. Far from resolved. There’s many reputable companies out there. This is not one of them. Their response time with emails (with photos I sent) was less than stellar as well. We are out hundreds of dollars with a peptide I cannot take due to faulty shipping…..

They make you believe that you are going to have wonderful results and they rope you in for three months with little results and then tell you that you will have better results if you extend another three months. Don’t get scammed like I did! Lost very little weight and their customer service is horrible. Won’t be using this company again. Be sure to read all of the negative reviews. I wished I would have!!

I started GLP-1 and finally broke through the plateau that had held me back for the last two years. I’ve now lost 10 pounds in the first month and feel like I’m back on track. I am 49 and I can’t tell you how frustrated I’ve been with calorie deficit, always eating a healthy diet, exercise daily, intermittent fasting for these past few years and always yo-yo 2-5 pounds of weight loss and I was over it. I look forward to seeing my future progress. Ordering was easy and on time. EllieMD is verified nationwide 503A and 503B pharmacies and a network of physicians and health practitioners. I know I am in safe program.
