Absolutely shocking customer service - there’s zero. Impossible to get hold of anyone to speak to. The delivery times reflected on the website are nonsense you’ll try for days to get hold of someone if you purchase on here. Deliveries are completely managed by a third party who were consistently given the wrong information I ended up managing direct. Based on how much money we spent I wouldn’t use them again no chance, we were told one thing and they never followed through. Quality of beds is ok but doesn’t look 100% as per images on site.

Superb customer service. Absolutely delighted with new mattress, quickly delivered by professional, polite and efficient gentlemen. Highly recommend Elliot’s Beds.

Worst experience ever. They delivered the bed in the wrong colour and after that completely ignored my emails and wouldn’t answer the phone. Their customer service is absolutely nonexistent. I would not recommend them at all !

I ordered some fabric samples for headboards on 15 July. I received notification of delivery on 6 August. I collected my delivery to find it was literally a C5 envelope with a black and white printed packing note - no samples. I paid 0.25p per sample so it's not even as if they were free. Have called several times over the past few days, trying their 0800 number, their mobile number (both divert to an EE voicemail) and tried calling on their WhatsApp channel. I also emailed but have had no reply. This is disappointing as Elliot beds have a good range of products and I was considering ordering 3 custom headboards from them. However, if this is how genuine potential customers are dealt with, it has made me think twice.

Customer service is shocking and images on the website look nothing like the bed images they send.

Wished i never ordered from these. Empty promises time after time.

Dont waste your money go with a bigger company im scared i will lose all of my money (over 4k spent) because they refuse to refund

The purchasing experience was pleasant with varieties of fabrics and colors to chose for a double ottoman bed. The bed was manufactured after my order, this took less than one week.
The delivery company that they are contracting now is excellent and highly rated: the bed was delivered to my top floor within the annonced 3 hours time frame. It was assembled with all its mechanisms in 20 minutes.
The ottoman bed is has described, solidly built like its gas operated mechanisms that are are real charm to use. Its two bases sections once assembled are large and high enough to accomodate our big suitcases full of our out of season clothes, and as well our duvets and blankets.
The customer services informed the delivery company of our resheduled date to bring the bed.
That said they is no one to answer your whatsapp or emails that will still be taken in consideration, let say silently.
I guess this is due to the fact that Elliots Beds is relatively new and might be a micro company with only one employee at this time.
Overall, delighted with the product, hope to see an improvement in the futur with their communications, will buy again from them.
So recommendable? Yes, go for it, you will not be desappointed.

We needed two men as paid for we got a man and his 12 year old son who where very polite but with great difficulty got the job done the trim is chrome and not as stated or shown in the advert I am very disapointed yours most sincerely Mrs D Boulton

Great! Customer services were great, the order process was easy, the delivery came on time, the mattress was as described and my son loves it.

Website looks great, emails after order all were very professional and was told the courier would be in touch. Was contacted by the courier and i said date didn't suit but they are only in Scotland once a week so if i didn't take it, it would be another week, i accepted date. They called back to say the company didnt have them in stock and it would be delivered when it is. No contact from company, no answer to calls, whatsapp or emails. Shambles.

I ordered a mattress on 7.7.26 and despite trying to contact them by email, facebook and phone I requested a refund which luckily is being processed as I had paid by PayPal.

If possible I would give a negative start. They are very good when you have to pay the beds but do not even think about the existence of a customer service. The promise in their website is a fraud, once you have the bed it is on you , like it or not, right or wrong. No communication at all after 10 emails, WhatsApp and calls (never answered). Awful

Ordered samples that have taken a month to arrive. Communication was poor wrote several emails to them which they ignored, thankfully I found out how bad there customer service was via ordering samples so I’ve avoided them for the bed purchase

After a slip up with the courier service, I received a discount on my mattress for the inconvenience.
Adam and Jamie are considerate, efficient, and decent with customers to resolve any customer issues.
Fantastic mattress too!

Disgusted by this company. Our bed order was never fulfilled and communication was ignored. Tried asking for a refund as we waited for too long for a reply. Attempted calling daily (no one picks up), emailed several times and used their WhatsApp function. They never got back to me with answers or a solution. Ended up having to rely on my credit card company’s insurance policy.

The mattress was very good well pleased but after sales customer service is rubbish I’ve phoned twice left my number no reply back I’ve emailed 3 times if not more the mattress was 1 1/2” inches to big and the ottoman bed frame wouldnt close because the mattress was to long I had to get the foot board cut down by someone who knew what they was doing so it would close properly and rest on the footboard so I was disappointed as no one got back to me

The first bed I received looked brilliant but had a very odd smell that didn't fade, thankfully they were quite responsive and sent a replacement quickly, but gave no warning that it was coming (an issue in itself). However, the new bed lacks the same level of quality the first one had, the finish is sloppier, it looks and feels uneven, the two separate ottomans seem to be slightly different in measurement, and when I tried to communicate this, Adam from customer service gaslit me by saying nothing was wrong with the bed, when there are visible differences. They are now not responding to me. It's very disappointing all things considered.
