My ellipal never scanned the qrs code properly, so I contacted ellipal they take forever to contact you back , there support is terrible and when I sent the wallet back to them they never responded. I had to contact them again and they said if you have no tracking #when cant issue a refund. So I payed for a cold wallet that I don't even have anymore. If you ever had problems with your tokens on this wallet good luck getting anything back or done with these people.

Ellipal decided to shut down there hot wallet services after screenshots I took of one address stealing XRP from me and various other users.
Oct. 23rd I had 1009 XRP randomly stolen and reached out to ellipal cs.ellipal.com for help and they told me to report it to the police when I’ve been in XRP since 2018. They don’t care they are SCAMMERS LEAVE THEM. After I reported they decided to shut down hot wallet services ironically 8 days later on October 31 was the last time to use their services and $2500 gone just like that. When karma comes for you remember. SCAMMERS

We discontinued the hot wallet due to its lower security compared to the cold wallet. We aim to prevent more users from losing assets due to confusion between the two. In the future, we plan to focus solely on cold wallets. The hot wallet was initially designed for users to transfer funds temporarily when they didn't have their cold wallets at hand, with the intention of providing convenience. Whether enabling or disabling the hot wallet function, our primary concern is always user experience.

Seed Phrase Steel
I recently ordered a Titan 2.0 , Set up was pretty smooth , after sourcing a few online vids, My concern is my purchase with the seed phrase steel , Good concept , But over 50% of my seed phrase words were greater than 4 letters , some 8 letters, Seed Steel only has capacity to hold 4 letters, per word , so unfortunately , of no use , dissapointing Ellipal

BIP-39 seed phrases use words from a standardized list of 2048 unique entries, where each word can be uniquely identified by its first 4 letters. This allows cold wallets to auto-complete each word as soon as you type the first 4 letters, simplifying input and reducing errors during recovery.

I ordered a titan 2.0 and a mini but they accidently sent me a seed phrase steel instead of the mini but they were promptly emailing me back to get the issue resolved and my mini is in the mail they were kind, understanding, and responsive plus the 2.0 is a great and safe way to store your Crypto offline in your own personal cold wallet I couldn't say enough good things about this company and would recommend anyone into Crypto get a cold storage wallet it's the best on the market!!!!

I had the hot wallet unawares, I received the notice support would end 10/31/25 tried to move my crypto to the ellipal created cold wallet but kept getting network error. I contacted support and they responded al.ost immediately advised they would have the issue fixed and let me know. They were true to their word. I would recommend the ellipal all day long.
