Works just like described. Once you get the volume of litter right it works flawlessly.

We ordered the cat watering product First they charge for shipping after we add additional to get free shipping ten called over and over never return call. Then when product arrived the water pubmp does not work and again they do not responsed by mail or phone . We purchase magor cat elctric box from them . We will never buy another item from this company

The litter box doesn't rotate until i push the button and it gets all over the floor. The product does not work the way it's supposed to. It may just be the one I purchased.
I've called and left voicemails for customer service and have yet to receive a call back. I finally filed a claim with my bank because I'm not getting anywhere with Elspet.

This was the most awful customer experience I’ve ever had. They did not acknowledge the $230 promo discount and after requesting a cancellation before the shipping confirmation, as stated in their policy, they still charged me FULL PRICE and shipped the unit. Then after 3 weeks of requesting a return with full refund there was little to no response from their customer Service team. I was forced to resell this privately. I am out almost $400 and I will tell everyone I know never to buy anything from this company. Spend the extra money for a litter robot, their customer service is exceptional and it’s worth it.

Love it! Had cats all my life and these two refuse to go outside to do their business. Empty bag about every 3 days instead of scooping daily. With two cats it’s so easy.

We ordered 2 Gy color litter boxes and we received 2 white litter boxes with blue inserts and we have called and sent emails and proof of these packages and still no results. No refund, no nothing.

We have had our Elspet litter box for about three months, and we love it. We had a different kind of automatic litter box before this, but it was messy, and the smell was bad. The Elspet works great, the cats like it, no mess, and no smells. I would recommend this for anyone with a cat.

I hate this litter box! The rake always gets stuck on the door! I tried to get a refund but that was a no go. Please don’t waste your money……..go Litter Robot!!!!!!

Avoid these people like thae plague. If for whatever reason that you have to send it back, they will make you pay to return it. Mine did not even work, and they would NOT give me a return label. I am disputing this charge with my credit card people. I'm leaving more negative reviews on Google, Amazon, Nextdoor, and whoever else I can think of.

This was a very unfortunate purchase! It quit working after 3 weeks and I could not get any satisfaction from customer service. I was finally offered a partial refund but even after that I cannot get them to commit to an amount. The idea of this litter box is a good one it just has way too many faults as of now.

Product is exactly what was advertised. My cats love it and took right to it. I love the idea of not having to scoop everyday too. 3 times a week is how often I change the bags with 2 cats using the robot.

Love the litter box wish it was just a bit shorter. Also I have a lot of moisture build up in the holding tank. Other than that my cats love it.

I love my Elspet. I bought mine Black Friday weekend. I have had Zero problems with it. It works well, my cats are not afraid of it and there is no smell other than when I open the back to change the litter bag. My cats originally kept taking the red things out, but they got over it and I pushed the pedistal in nice and firm. I will say that the new rolls of bags I recently received do not appear to have the same quantity as the first batch. The rolls are much smaller. I would buy it again.

I absolutely love it! I have had no problems whatsoever. It’s funny because my little chihuahua uses it too! So far so great!😄

If I could give a negative review on ELS per customer service I would. I received a broken litter box that the on button was completely pushed in, where the litter box would only blink the blue light. I have tried since I got the thing 2 weeks ago for Els to send me a label to return the litter box only for them to finally email me to say I had to pay for the label. Even though they state that they would provide the label at no cost to me if the litter box is received broken in their return policy….i can not review the actual litter box since it has never been able to turn on

Thr litter box worked for a week. Then the door stopped shutting and it wouldn't scoop. After weeks of calling and emailing, they sent me a video showing me how to fix it. It didn't work. I've emailed and called numerous time now for months, and they will not respond. They won't refund me. I had to get a new litter box and this one just sits there now completely useless. Do not buy this. The product is junk and the customer service is non existent.

I bought this because one of my cats sprays when he urinates and I had to put plastic on the walls around his litter box and charcoal pads underneath. Somehow urine still gets out. Not nearly as much but where would it be coming from? Also the rake always dumps to one side of the collection box. Other than that I love it. The litter after scraped stays to the back of the unit so I scoop it forward

It worked pretty good for the first month but now the rake is stuck at the top and no matter how times I reset it and adjust the litter level it will not operate...so frustrated with it!!
