International Criminal Enterprise - Software Doesn't Function, Refund Refused
Terrible Experience, not by accident but by design - Gaukhar over at customer service made sure of that. Purchased software specifically "developed" for my hardware, only to discover drivers DIDNT FCKING EXIST for that hardware. Why would you sell me product that doesn't work under false pretenses? Customer service told me to wait 1 year and they would fix their software - I bought the product now because I needed it now - god knows how much money I'm out because they refuse to refund or provide me with software that works. (~18 Man Hours I paid my tech guy to try to get this to work, @ $28/hr) Finally, customer service told us that they know their software doesn't work...but that they would fix it eventually. After I ate that expense, I had to purchase alternative solutions, which cost me even more, but Rockchip was all too happy to help me every step of the way, whereas Eltechs told me they knew their product didn't work, and they didn't care. I will be sure to send the name of these “Eltechs” “Exagear” criminal enterprise over to the Federal Trade Comission, BBB, and everywhere who will listen. This entity is a superlative criminal conspiracy, selling inoperable products with roots spanning Germany, Russia, India, and China. Stay far, far away.
