Bad batterypack

I bought an Eltra 67 from Eltra that had been used lightly for a few weeks by a previous owner (about 6-7 battery cycles). I bought it in the autumn 2022 and by January 2023, the suspension had rusted. This happened despite storing it indoors in my apartment i.e. not outdoors. When asking them on the phone, they told me I'd need to pay for service for them to examine it.

I really like the scooter in general but as they brand it "water-proof", a rusted suspension just doesn't cut it...

You have a good business with scooters and equipments you sale but what about service. I don’t think you planned this part so we’ll. But I quite happy anyhow because I am very handy.

Only place I could find the Super 73 tires. Shipping was very quick.

After my 40km/h (Hx-X9) scooter got stolen in Kungsträdgården a few weeks back I decided to visit the store on Folkungagatan and I ended up getting the Ultra in racing green.

Firstly it is a beast. I managed to get it up to 60km/h-ish which is more than enough. I ride it mostly within the city limits and I feel there is some “kick” missing. Acceleration could be better since that is more important for my daily use. However riding in 60km/h for longer distances is quite nice. I sort of wish it had more punch to it. Could be a setting.

The good:

+ Comfort
+ Quality

The bad:
- The light is too weak and aimed too close to the ground. You look way further than the reach of the light
- I miss a “hook” where you can hang your backpack or a suit jacket on
- Rear view mirrors lacking
- Sometimes the suspension hits the bottom when driving in more off-road environments

I have the luxury of living near the store in Södermalm and the service is always very good. The guys are super friendly and they would gladly help you with minor tweaking. Next I will be in for studded tires when it gets more icy outside.

So should you get one? Yes! You could find the same scooter but cheaper from China but you are missing the service.

Awesome experience with these guys. Had originally purchased a scooter from an online hustler with poor service. I found Eltra Store online and communicated with them via email.
I bought the scooter via the UK and asked for it to be built charged and ready for pick up in their Stockholm store so I could surprise for my daughter when I travelled there for the weekend. They did exactly that, they put bows on it and everything. My daughter was overwhelmed and is enjoying every moment.
I bought the Eltra 67, rugged, good range too. WATERPROOF also.

Great Service! They will even assemble and fix everything for you when visiting their store. Got the wrong item on my order and they quickly fix it.

Scooter got damaged during transport, which made me very glad I had ordered from this store. Amazing service and dedicated to fixing the problem well and quickly. Also getting to test-drive it when I was in Stockholm was great

Recently had my ultra model serviced. I was experiencing brake issues and was procrastinating on getting it checked. Got it back with new brake pad and now the braking is a dream. The handle bar on the left side is still wobbly, but I guess thats a trade off of it being foldable. Excellent service from the eltra team. Was even invited if the problem pursues. Would have given 5 stars but the wobbly handle bar needs to be addressed.

Update: after a quick call from the support team, the wobbling is non existent. All it needed was some precious screwing :). Thank you so much @eltrasupport.

Best electric scooter in market with good speed, power. I am using Eltra Premium and it easily carries upto 100 kg weight. Staff members are very supportive and helpful for any kind of help/issues.

Powerful, stable, and reliable scooter! Very nice accelerations and comfort to drive a maximum speed. Breaks are good and efficient. I am using my Eltra Premium, for the last 4 months, and do enjoy my 7km ride to work. The comfort of the speed handle can be improved for long drives. Easy to fold down but still, 20kg is not small to carry.

Best store in the world to deliver a fast and agile electric scooter. Recommends Eltra 100%.
