unprofessional customer service

unprofessional customer Management
Experience with this management team regarding customer complaints has been deeply frustrating. The staff appears consistently unprofessional and dismissive when issues are raised. Instead of resolving legitimate problems, the approach often lacks support and basic professional courtesy. Avoiding this management is advisable as they seem to lack essential customer service skills and respect for those they serve.

I am not the type of person complaining for petty things but really the level of Emaar customer care(less) is at another level!

Literally the worst investment you can…

Literally the worst investment you can make in Dubai is Emaar off plan. Renders look great, workmanship is of the lowest levels, you’d probably demolish in U.K. and start again. Quality of electrics, cupboards, plumbing will set you back large sums to get rectified and as they have such low level of confidence in their product, it’s only ‘1 yrs warranty’. Even John Lewis give a min of 2 yrs on any appliance or electrics or furniture etc
The old communities by Emaar are fine, but stay very far away from off plan or anything built since 2019.

Poor building quality and unskilled maintenance staff

We have now for almost a year been living in an Emaar apartment in Creek Beach, a brand new community. And the poor quality of the building construction is actually surprising me.

When it rains water is entering the building, and despite we are not living on the highest floor we have water in half of our rooms. This is not a unique incident as several neighbors in other buildings are sharing videos of similar situations.

Our general experience with the skills of the people Emaar is using for maintenance is that they seams uneducated or low skilled.

We have during this year had several service requests from had bad smells in the kitchen (from drains), strange sounds and misfunctioning AC and now water all over the apartment.
The people Emaar is sending often can't fix the problems, and their English is so bad that we have given up getting things fixed.

My recommendation to Emaar is to spend a bit more on construction quality instead of after service and frustrated residences.

not helpful helpdesk - terrible

I reached out to the helpdesk regarding an issue, and I was informed that their response time is four working days. Unfortunately, the service has been disappointing, as my calls were disconnected multiple times—at least six occasions. This is not the level of support one would expect.

EMAAR New Year's Eve 2025 at Burj Park, Downtown Dubai – Extremely Disappointing (Tickets via Platinumlist App & Platform)

If I could, I would give a Zero star experience. Paid a fortnight’s wage (AUD $1,878.30) for a family of four, only to face overpriced food and drinks, dull entertainment (felt like celebrating NYE in India), and chaotic entry and exit. Our online tickets weren’t accepted, and we had to locate an area in Dubai Mall just to get wristbands before being allowed in—an extra hassle and cost. On the night, to get to the event, staff repeatedly sent us in circles, and there was no shuttle service to help guests get to and from the venue. While waiting for the fireworks, many other attendees expressed the same frustration. Overall, not worth the cost or the hype.

0 star for the new imposed facial…

0 star for the new imposed facial recognition system. Less privacy, and will be more difficult to get in our own APPARTMENTS, especially when we receive family or friends. They didn’t Even consult before doing that. Don’t like it

Emaar Community Management is probably…

Emaar Community Management is probably the worst living entity in the UAE. They are abusying their power on owners, increasing service charges, their security thinks that they are some police swat teams, they don't let your visitors in unless the owner is there. I am very disappointed that i bought an emaar property

Emaar customer service manager staff…

Emaar customer service manager staff Ramy is very very rude to me after I was cheated to pay a big amount money to buy the resale property and he didn’t present even a normal manner and he is very rude. He has refused to refund my huge payment to Emaar to purchase the property and Emaar has allowed the seller to resell the property to another person with my huge amount inside the property. He said Emaar can accept anyone’s money and will not give me any service after Emaar has asked me to pay this huge amount and it’s not related to Emaar. And there’s another Emaar staff who was trying to open my mobile without my permission to check if I was recording his talking and taking the photos even I did not do anything wrong about it.
So be careful when purchasing property from Emaar! Emaar management and customer service are worst day by day. They will not do anything for us if we are not the property owners or POA but Emaar will accept our money and will not refund as per the staff said.

Never buy an apartment from Emaar – service worse than 1 star

I bought an apartment from Emaar in the Grande, but the community management does not even deserve one star.
No matter where you call, you are always referred to Emaar One. But Emaar One does not work properly: you write something, wait a week, and then receive an email saying your request has been closed because someone allegedly contacted you. In reality, no one ever contacted me.

I had a very urgent issue: I needed a Gate Pass for a kitchen delivery. I waited an entire week, and in the end my request was simply closed – without any answer.

The service is a disaster. The apartments are extremely expensive, but after the purchase you are left alone. Sales are handled well, but once you have a problem, you are just pushed from one place to another. Even via WhatsApp, you get no help – only sales offers.
The community management is funded by our service fees, but the service is not delivered. I am fed up. Please improve this service, because right now it is no fun to own an apartment with Emaar in Dubai.

Terrible quality in so many aspects.

Am an owner of an Emaar villa in a prime location. Prices are very expensive. Supposedly because it is premium quality.
1- windows and doors are of terrible cheap quality. No isolation, cheap aluminum. Handles break, all of them, after a couple of years. No heat isolation means no noise isolation whatsoever.
2- tiles grouting has holes and they look like ant houses.
3- inner doors break.
4- many leaks and roof water isolation needs to be redone.
5- customer service: they never reapond to emails if you have any complaint or negative comment. You are left on your own with zero support. Even though you paid millions foe your property.
6- the entire compound has maintenance noise non atop almost. Pruning trees and loaning grass at 7 am, on saturday nights, etc. Emaar development next door (more villas), start construction work at 4 am. And works 7 am Sunday morning and wake up everyone.

Overall terrible quality and terrible quality of life.

Emaar mall management please fear Allah and stop dubbing people with fake juma prayers, how can you define a prayer with zero sound outside, all your malls are having small prayer rooms and again you make it hard for people outside to prayer they just follow seeing others going down.
Juma is only few minutes " ارضيتم باالحيات الدنيا من الآخرة, و ما الحياة الدنيا الا متاع الغرور

Severe Safety Negligence at Emaar South – Urbana II

We live in Emaar South, Urbana II, and I feel it is my duty to raise this as a serious safety negligence issue. The lack of action from the management is not just frustrating, it is dangerous and could put our lives, our children’s lives, and the entire community at risk.

The security staff are not to blame as they do report issues, but the management repeatedly fails to take any action. This is unacceptable when we are talking about hazards that could lead to fires, explosions, and serious harm to civilians.

Community rules clearly state:
- No storage of items in the parking areas.
- Each unit's parking is limited to 2 cars.
- No blocking of pedestrian walkways or common areas.

When I once asked the security for keeping a few small items in the parking lot like everyone else, they told me it was strictly prohibited, so I respected the rules.
However, I see that the same rules are not enforced equally, which raises concerns of favouritism and weak management.

The real problem goes far beyond “rules.” My neighbour is openly storing firewood, gas, an oven, a refrigerator, fire-starting products, and bicycles in the parking area, all under extreme heat. This is a massive fire and explosion hazard. On top of that, they park three cars and a motorbike, blocking pedestrian pathways because of the space taken up by the stored items.

One spark or accident here could trigger a fire that destroys homes, endangers children, and threatens the entire community & not just one unit.

Despite multiple complaints, the only answer security provides is:
“We have informed the supervisor & spoken to the tenant, but the tenant refuses to follow the rules. Management is not taking any action.”

This is not only negligence – it is a serious risk to public safety. If management refuses to enforce their own rules, then this must be escalated to the authorities and the civil defence department before a tragedy occurs.

I strongly urge all residents and tenants to report every safety violation immediately. We all share the responsibility of keeping our families, children, and community safe. Silence could cost lives.
