Hi Adam - We’re sorry your experience started badly, and we readily acknowledge that the original manual supplied was not the correct coverage for your S4. Once you brought this to our attention, however, we worked to correct the issue and provided replacement OEM Audi repair software covering your 2007 S4.

We do need to clarify a couple of points in your review.

The replacement was not a “fake file”. It is OEM Audi repair software containing the manufacturer’s workshop information used for servicing and repairing these vehicles.

Remote assistance was also never a requirement. It was offered completely free of charge as an optional support service in case you needed help installing or configuring the software. When you told us you did not want anyone remotely accessing your computer, we respected that.

More importantly, we subsequently offered you an entirely different solution requiring no remote connection whatsoever. We offered to host the OEM software online so you would need no VirtualBox, no installation and no large software download.

You accepted that option on 17 July, and on 18 July our team provided your personal username, password and connection details for the online system.

You can therefore now access the replacement OEM repair software directly through your web browser without allowing us, or anybody else, remote access to your computer.

We absolutely accept responsibility for the initial manual not being suitable, and we apologise for that. However, describing the replacement as a fake file designed to obtain remote access to your computer is simply not an accurate representation of what happened.

Our team remains available to help you locate any specific repair information you require within the online manual.

Hi John - We’re sorry to hear that you’ve found the software difficult to use, and we completely understand that an OVA-based OEM system can have a steeper learning curve than a conventional PDF manual.

The software does require your vehicle’s VIN because it uses this information to identify the exact vehicle configuration and provide the appropriate OEM repair information. This is part of how the original manufacturer software operates.

That said, we certainly don’t want you struggling with navigating or searching the system. Our support team has already reached out and offered to guide you through the software, including a free remote support session where we can show you how to navigate it and the best way to locate the repair information you need.

We’re currently waiting to hear back from you. If you’re willing to give us the opportunity, please respond to our support team and we’ll be more than happy to personally walk you through everything and hopefully turn your experience around.

The manual supplied is the genuine OEM Briggs & Stratton factory manual, the same technical documentation used by authorised dealers and service technicians. Unlike aftermarket publications or YouTube tutorials, OEM manuals are written as technical service documents and assume a certain level of mechanical knowledge. They’re designed to provide factory specifications, procedures, and technical information, rather than step-by-step DIY guidance.

That said, we completely understand that if you’re tackling a head gasket replacement for the first time, a more beginners tutorial-style approach may feel easier to follow.

We appreciate your feedback, and we’re glad you were ultimately able to complete the repair. If there’s ever a specific procedure or section of the manual you need help locating or interpreting, our support team is always happy to assist.

Firstly, you’re absolutely right that your total came to €42.98. The additional €4.99 was for our optional Hosted Protection, which can be selected during checkout. As a gesture of goodwill, we’re more than happy to refund that €4.99 back to you.

Regarding the download, the manual you purchased is genuine OEM software, which is approximately 22GB in size. Unfortunately, files of this size do take considerably longer to download than a standard PDF.

We provide alternative download links through Dropbox for customers who experience issues with our primary servers. Over the years, we’ve had an extremely high success rate with Dropbox deliveries, so based on your description, it appears the problem may be related to your internet connection or ISP rather than the file itself. That said, we completely understand how frustrating repeated failed downloads can be.

Rather than asking you to continue trying to download such a large file, we’d like to offer you a much simpler solution.

We can set you up with online access to the same OEM manual. There is nothing to download, nothing to install, and you can access the manual directly through your web browser using a username and password that we’ll provide. You’ll still receive the same repair information without the hassle of a 22GB download.

We’re sorry to read your review, but we categorically reject these allegations.

There is absolutely no evidence that downloading one of our manuals could compromise your accounts. Our files are scanned, stored securely, and delivered directly from our servers. Suggesting that they were responsible for your accounts being hacked is simply not supported by any facts.

If you experienced a security issue on your computer, we genuinely recommend changing your passwords, enabling two-factor authentication, and investigating the cause with a qualified IT professional. However, attributing that to our manual without any evidence is both inaccurate and misleading.

We would also welcome the opportunity to investigate your concerns regarding the manual itself. If you contact us with your order details, we’ll happily review your purchase and work with you to resolve any genuine issues.

We’re sorry that the manual did not meet your expectations.

After reviewing your support case, our technical team manually checked the Honda service manual you purchased and confirmed that the wiring diagrams, component locations, diagnostic information, and repair procedures relating to the HVAC system are included within the manual.

One source of confusion may be that Honda refers to these components as “Control Motors” rather than “Blend Door Actuators,” which can make specific information harder to locate when searching by terminology alone.

Our team subsequently provided direct references, including wiring diagrams, location illustrations, and repair procedures, to assist with your repair.

We understand that the OVA format may not be everyone’s preferred format, however the information you referenced as missing was present within the manual and support was provided to help locate it.

Hi Hamza - We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, but a few important details are missing from your review.

You originally contacted us regarding your KTM 450 2008-2011 manual, and when your initial download link failed, we promptly reissued a working replacement. A full month then passed without any further contact or support requests.

We were later notified through PayPal that a dispute had been opened, not for a defective product, but under the category of “cancel recurring billing” - despite this purchase never being a subscription product in the first place.

As part of our standard fraud-prevention policy, any account with an active chargeback or payment dispute is temporarily restricted until the matter is resolved. This is standard practice across most online businesses. Once PayPal reviewed the evidence, they ruled the case in our favor.

Ironically, shortly after opening the dispute, you contacted us asking why your download access was temporarily unavailable.

The manual supplied is genuine OEM KTM workshop documentation, and we remain more than happy to help any customer with installation or access issues. We simply cannot continue providing active download access while a payment dispute is simultaneously being processed against the transaction.
