Probable scam, my credit card was hacked.
Sent me a manual for the wrong car, looked like it had been scanned by hand. When I asked for the correct manual, they wanted me to download 'special software' to enable me to read the manual. I asked repeatedly for a PDF file, but they wouldn't send it. Just insisted that I must download their special software (I didn't). Maybe just a coincidence (ha!), but one week later, my Visa card, which I've had for about 10 years without any problems, got hacked and someone tried to make $1800 worth of internet purchases.
Look at the reviews, here on Trustpilot and other sites - so many 5 star reviews, without specific product descriptions, and written in very bad English.
I'm pretty sure this company is a scam, just skimming and phishing. DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANY SOFTWARE FROM THEM!

This manual is one of the best I have found so far online, the cost of the manual is perfect and will for sure help to save some cash, I would recommend for many truck drivers this manual for sure based on cost and information.

If I could I would give ZERO start to…
If I could I would give ZERO start to this scamming company. This t wats with fake phone numbers and addresses ripping people from money. I tried to download manual for my car 12gb of data and every time download stops at 8%. Tried 5 time and I was unable to download full 12gb. Opened case with PayPal .

Don't believe the Instant Download…
Don't believe the Instant Download promised on their website. I put an order in and paid for it at 10:29am for very urgent job I was doing. In the next half hour I sent two emails to them explaining that if I didn't get the download link by return they'd need to cancel the order because I'd have to go elsewhere. The download link arrived at 14:01, just over 3.5 hours after I'd placed the order. By this time I'd ordered a manual elsewhere, got the download link in minutes and done the job so I could get the vehicle MOT'd.I therefore contacted the company twice more, explained that I hadn't downloaded the manual and asked for a refund. They refused!

Useless manual
Downloaded the manual 5256 pages, no problem But the manual was without any index no hyperlinks only Adobe search function!! Impossible to use with a computer
Must be fake reviews, never seen a manual like this
