nothing went wrong. this is the first time ive been able to sit down and breathe. if something is perfect....it shouldnt be fixed. perfectionism is something im currently trying to get out of my vocabulary. i dont know anything about the onn products....i used to have a charging box that someone let me borrow a long time ago and no longer have bc it got fried. this is the beginning of a beautiful relationship i do believe. and ill be the one that writes a review for the rest of my life i guess. I would love to try any product by ONN bc im not familiar with the products. Thanks, AAF

I bought a product from Ematic on Amazon and they promised a free product if I write a review. I did this back in November 2019. Company never sent free product until last month when I was finally able to contact someone and when they did it was sent with insufficient postage and post office returned it back to them. Company is very evasive and does not return phone calls or emails. I do not trust this disreputable company at all to do the right thing.

It took 5 months to get EMATIC to answer me back, now I am getting the run around concerning the 7" tablets I bought for CHRISTMAS 2018. I MAILED warranty cards, when I opened the boxes to set up tablets so they could be used upon opening on Christmas Day. It took 5 months to get them to respond, they have the warranty cards with proof of purchase date and amount, now they are telling me they need more proof of purchase and want me to send them these tablets before they will refund or replace! I am taking to PO (remember I am in a wheelchair, so it is not easy to get in the car and go), i will pack them securely with a clerk to verify content of package with a notice of receipt returned to me. I will let you know further if and or when this matter is resolved!
