This site is a scam. They advertise the real product then send some cheap knock off counterfeit. No way to return for a refund and will not allow you to post a negative review to help warn others. Do not fall for this scam.

The sell fake Bogg Beach Bags. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. as soon as I saw the tracking number from China I knew it was fake. I have pictures to confirm they sell fake bags what they represent on their website does not match what I received.

I fell for this scam too. I realised that if it's too good to be true, it probably is, but because I paid via PayPal, I though I'd be covered. How wrong I was! PayPal refused my claim saying that it had been delivered even though the tracking info was obviously false. The first 'delivery' could not be completed because the address was incomplete. After many emails, they promised to send it again. This time the tracking info said that it had been delivered in Sept 2020 even though it was only 'sent' in Dec 2020. PayPal did not seem to pay any heed to this. Where possible I now avoid paying by PayPal and do not respond to any adverts that flash up on apps.

I purchased the chainsaw in early 2020 and it has not arrived. The original tracking number shows it being delivered to wrong state. Supposedly, they resent but will not provide tracking numbers, I’m sure they haven’t resent anything. I have been emailing them weekly and receive the same “be patient” response with a host of other responses. I made mistake of purchasing outside of PayPal so feel I have little recourse. I would say they are scammers. Let’s hope by posting these others will not be scammed. I wish I could stop buying anything from China but pretty much everything is manufactured there. I am certain I won’t buy without protection from PayPal or Amazon.

I ordered a chain saw 4 months ago and still no delivery. I think a scam. How do we get these guys???

I brougth a Accu Chainsaw,the send it,but to the wrong Address,is mean,the put the wrong Address to the Package.After that,since December,the Promise me,to send a new one to me again,but the Lies only.Is a shame.I Warning all,PLEASE not Order anything from them

This is a scam site. I ordered a chain saw, which they said had been delivered when I chased my order up after six weeks of waiting. I have requested my money back, but they state they can't refund as the item is in transit. I have threatened to take legal action, but they do not care and keep telling me to be patient and just wait. I placed my order in August 2020. Still no sign of my order

After several ‘backwards and forwards’ emails about my product with the company saying the article had been delivered, I was pleased to read the review here, stating the organisation is possibly fraudulent.

My order was made in August- gave the mail plenty of time to deliver it - received a tracking number and tracing which says it was delivered in September BUT NOT TO ME! Delivery company t.17track

I ordered a floating mat in July and still have not received. They keep telling me just to wait. Tracking numbers are a joke. I think I have been scammed.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY......This is fraud, items ordered in August still not received, support simply states over and over to be patient as item is on the way. Requested refund and ignored.

I ordered in good faith and what I received was not what was pictured. Not even close. I tried to get information to return the product and get a refund but after a few emails, the company quit responding to me.

I ordered 2 6people mat. I wont even hold 1 person. It took months to finally get it and what I got was not what I ordered. Now I'm stuck with 2 little mats that will do nothing for the kids. What a joke. They could atleast let you return it for money back but nope.

Worst company I have dealt with ordered battery powered chain saw got a chain with straps on each end not what I ordered DONT DEAL WITH COMPANY JUST ANOTHER SCAMMER

This company should get zero stars. I have been waiting 2 months and have received no product. I have asked for a refund multiple times and receive the same lies to wait for an update. I guess 2 months is not long enough. This is a crooked company from China. DO NOT order ANYTHING from them. They need to be put out of business.

Ordered the same "Floating Island" that was 16 inches wide and 4 ft long on delivery which took 6 weeks.
PAYPAL deserves some blame in this. They should not do business with this company. And Instagram is culpable as well. The video on Instagram was complete rubbish. Not even close to what I received.
Paypal would do nothing to support my claim. They said I had to ship it back to China, even though it came from a warehouse in California. My Citibank refunded me my entire purchase price.
Now I check before I purchase if it even looks like it is from China . . . keep scrolling.

This company is a total RIPOFF! Don't buy anything from them. I bought a swim mat that was supposed to be big enough for six people and the thing is 18 inches wide and four feet long. I emailed their customer support. They keep you going back and forth until they say you have exceeded their 7 day return policy, even though I contacted them the day I received it. This is a Chinese company that is ripping people off. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

They are a complete ripoff. I ordered a swim mat for up to 6 people and received one about 18" wide and 4' long. A total joke. Their customer service will keep you going back and forth until they tell you it's past their 7 day return policy. RIPOFF!

Terrible experience with them. My order never showed up and they said they cannot refund it because it shipped. When I tracked the order they "shipped" it to GA and not TX. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Similar experience to others. I received a cushion size mat instead of 1-3person sized mat and a narrow 50cm wide mat in place of 3-6 sized mat. 3rd party responding to emails but only ‘offering’ refund if I pay postage to an address in China! I’ve reported page! Anyone have suggestions of what else to do?
