Scam site - don’t buy from them

I ordered a Floating Water Mat from Embrace Nature in mid-July and ordered VIP deliver y on the promise of despatch wishing 2-3 business days, but still no sign of delivery. I’ve contacted Embrace Nature via email and their “help” site but both simply direct you to a 3rd party provide who respond in poor English to “be patient”. They promised a refund through PayPal but then cancelled the refund. Don’t trust!

Very disappointed

Only a one star because I did get a delivery. The wrong product to what I ordered though. I ordered a large blue floating mat that could hold 3-6 people on it. It was even written on the confirmation email. What I got was a green length 40cm x 168cm and called it a buoncy bed. Not big enough to fit Even one person. The site refute saying I got what I ordered and deny what I got differs to even the confirmation email. Very disappointing result with this company and won’t use them again.
