We telephoned for information which had to be checked. The call was returned promptly as promised and the staff member could answer all questions with ease. On arriving for our appointments the staff were polite and professional. Will certainly use this clinic again.

I got a very favourable impression of Emcare after I had made the initial call to book an appointment, being dealt with by a very pleasant lady in reception who was most helpful. This was later evidenced by the visit where the nurse gave very helpful and detailed advice and ensured that I was covered by the necessary vaccinations. I would recommend Emcare to family and friends without hesitation. Many thanks.

Whooping Cough Vaccination
It was easy to organise a vaccination here. Reception staff were well informed and reminders were texted to make sure that I didn't forget my appointment.
The nurse who gave the vaccination made sure that all my details were correct, gave full information about the vaccine and it's potential effects and was so gentle that I really didn't feel it at all
