Bugs with rules not copying emails from IMAP account to a Local Folder
1. I am still having a bug where the Rules are not not copying my IMAP emails to a local folder.
2. There needs to be a shortcut to get back to the top level local folder, or a designated folder.

1. If your Rule isn't working as intended, we will need more details. It looks like you've reached out to our support team at info@emclient.com, but you haven't responded to their offer of remote assistance through TeamViewer (which is normally available to users with active VIP support only). If you'd like to proceed with the troubleshooting, please let us know.
2. While there isn't this exact shortcut available for local folders, you can use the "Go to folder" keyboard shortcut ("G") to quickly switch to any folder. You can also post your idea as a feature request to our Sleekplan and include more details. This way, other users can add their vote as well. Email and calendars are great with Other tab recently added
The email and calendars are great and easy to use. The new "other" tab is useful and while I didn't appreciate it at first it's a good way to get spam out of sight without creating rules that conflict with my mail server (our fault, not eM's). I am still baffled at why eM Client needs my location so frequently.

I do like your platform
I do like your platform, but having a few issues. On quick text, it changes the font when you revise statements within the text. Also, I've saved my favorite font in the settings, but it doesn't seem to apply it 100% of the time. Also, it works on my pc, but on my laptop, I can't get em client to even come up. Not sure what that issue is about.

If your selected font doesn't appear everywhere, please make sure you set it up in Settings>Mail>Compose and not only in Settings>Mail>Read.

It works ok..but the vertical scroll still sucks …
It works ok..but the vertical scroll bar is so narrow it is useless.
Also only 2 emails for free is not enough.
Edit.. Eclient advised me to “use wide scroll bar option” I did.. it is NO WIDER. If that is the best eClient can do they need to invest in some actual programming talent. It sucks to scroll thru hundreds of emails with a scroll bar 1/128 inch wide.. THAT CANNOT BE WIDENED EVEN IN WIDE SCROLL BAR MODE.

The scrollbar width can be changed in Settings>Appearance>Lists. In the "Item Lists Properties", change the "Scrollbar style" to "Use wide scrollbars". Alternatively, you can use the scroll wheel on your mouse.

Edit: The wide scrollbar should be significantly wider than the default one. Please reach out to us at info@emclient.com and send us a screenshot with your scrollbar visible, we'd be happy to look into it.
Also, please note that you can also use your keyboard (Page Up/Down and arrows) for scrolling, as well as the scroll wheel on your mouse - you don't have to actually hold and drag the scrollbar if that is too difficult.
Issues with new outlook installation
I was having issues with the New outlook and switched over eM Client on the recommendation of Chat GPT other than for some minor issues everything is smooth.

My company has switched from Outlook to eM Client. We prefer the ease of syncing accounts to different servers, searching all accounts at once, the stability, the lifetime licenses, the HTML access to the email content, the high-level of experience control in the settings. We prefer the predictability, data control, and security it offers our business. We also very much like how easy it is to migrate absolutely everything out of Outlook into eM Client, so there's no downtime for usual transitions.
