We wouldn’t use any other equipment!
We are very pleased to be working with EMDRKit to get as many therapist and health workers trained in EMDR. We wouldn’t use any other equipment. This company have been amazing to work with, nothing is an issue. The Counselling Academy use their pulsators in all their training and include them as part of the course.

Professionalism and service was great
Professionalism and service was great! The mailing time was longer than expected, and one of the tappers would not work properly. I ended up returning it and was promptly refunded. I have thought about re-ordering because they are so much nicer than the tappers I have and I believe clients would prefer to use the best product.

Amazing customer service. My order got hung up in customs, and they were excellent at communicating with me, even offering to send another set if they didn't arrive in a timely manner. As far as the tappers themselves, my clients love them as well as the headphones. The app is super easy to use.

Very impressed with this product so far (full wireless kit), plus it was delivered to me in New Zealand quicker than some local purchases. The app is very easy to use and has been reliable with the two sessions I have used it for. I compared EMDR equipment options for a while before making this purchase, and am pleased that I did. The finish on the headphones could be a little bit tidier though.

Great product, but expensive for what it is
I love this product, but it is very expensive for what it is. I would love it to be more accessible, so I can encourage clients to purchase a set for themselves, especially those working via telehealth.

It drives me crazy that the lights…
It drives me crazy that the lights never turn off because that's a poor environmental use of electricity. Also, I imagine that shortens the product's lifespan. Also, the pulsers are always warm to the touch when I pick them up, which seems like an electrical problem. Also, the price is absolutely insane and feels like a scam. I like the product's design, which helps my clients, but $250 for a product with obvious electrical problems feels insulting.

We are sorry to hear that your experience with the Wireless Pulsators was less than ideal so far. We would love to respond to your concerns.
The Pulsators have a sensitive built-in motion sensor which detects movement. When they get activated (flashing blue) they are in pairing mode and will stay flashing for 30 seconds.
After this they go back to 'sleep' if they are not touched.
This blue light has a bare minimum effect on their battery and it won't shorten their lifespan.
They have an enhanced battery life and with a full charge they can work for approximately two full workdays.
Regarding the warmth that you can feel, this is a byproduct of inductive charging and completely normal. They cool down quite fast after you remove them from the charging Dock.
Lots of our clients reported receiving positive feedback about this from their patients. :)
Please rest assured, this is not an electrical problem.
