Quick, easy and professional!

The order recommended by the Celebrity site delivered quickly. On the day of our tests, the wait at the website
was not very long. The proctors were professional and answered our questions. This was the 2nd time we used eMed before our cruise.
Thx! Great value for the price. I highly recommend.

I have used your product twice for cruising

I have used your product twice for the purpose of traveling on two different cruise ships this past summer. The product is easy to purchase online and arrives in two days. A few important details: Read all packaging, Do not open test box without a proctor, download app, and lastly have a stand for your phone or a person to hold your phone during testing. This will make testing process run smoothly. The proctors are clear and very helpful. My husband, two children and myself completed the tests in less then an hour. Immediately after our tests were completed the results were accessible on the app. Since using your product I have recommended emed to some of my friends and they were satisfied with the results of the testing procedure as well.

Mediterranean cruise July 2022:

Last summer we went on a Mediterranean cruise, we needed a COVID test within three days of departure. We left the states earlier than that time limit so we needed to have a test to take with us. We got on line and checked out many companies. Emed seems to be the best we could find. They were extremely easy to use with easy to follow instructions. If still needed I would highly recommend EMED

How easy it was to do the Covid test

How easy it was to do the Covid test, I was actually worried about something going wrong, 4if us did it together and was done in 1 1/2 hours, not sure you can do anything better!

Not sure what I ordered!!!!

I am not even sure what I ordered and when I ordered it. The main reason I didn't respond sooner is for that reason. I think it was free covid tests I order through the Postal service but I am not sure. I do not remember exactly when I ordered them. If it is the tests, I received them in a timely manner. No complaints.

Great experience however

Great experience however, my PA was unable to hear me from my computer, but I could hear her. She called me on her phone and we were able to complete the review. Not a big problem but according to the program we were all good to go. Easy fix.

I'm sorry but I have no idea what emed.com is. This reminds me of a medical bill that has some practice or company name on it but no indication of the specific doctor, so I don't know what to say.

Wrong Lenses Sent

Apparently, the wrong prescription was sent on either my right or left lenses. I was told this by the optical shop. This delayed my pickup window.
