I'd been with them for a few years now, but the price had increased considerably, but I kept with them anyway because comparisons were only slightly cheaper, but we recently bought a new car and had additional breakdown cover included, so tried ringing the helpline, at least 8 times with no answer, emailed twice, eventually got a reply after 3 days of waiting, stating they'd cancel my policy but wasn't entitled to any refund.
So overall the customer service was awful, hence the star rating.

Very easy to get through, slight problems confirming location but once sorted everything was ok. Was very lucky the breakdown provider had pulled into the garage to get diesel. So was seen and car fixed within half an hour. Thank you.

Made a call to EA to transport my car to a local garage. This was arranged quickly, but the garage was unavailable (after I had booked the pick up) I called back 10
Mins later to cancel and they charged me a £120 cancellation fee.
I understand that this is their policy and I was informed of this on the call, but it was 10 minutes after the initial call.
I would leave a higher score, and the eventual collection was handled well and quickly. But it felt harsh to be charged £120 for no reason really. I want to feel like a person is dealing with my call, not just someone following the rules, whatever the circumstance.

Easy to renew. Reasonable price. Only criticism haven't received email containing renewed docs

Had a few problems initially but it was sorted after a phone call. I’m happy with the policy and the price I paid, not had to use the service, hopefully I won’t have too, but buying process was easy and the advisor was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Called them out this morning. Would have been over three hours for their agent to attend. Managed to get the car started so called back to cancel more than an hour before the agent was due to arrive and they want me to pay £120. Not a chance.

Initial phone call to long winded its a recovery call not a life story. Then was told that the wait time time was 3 hours even though the mechanic turned up saying he was sat doing nothing in denton. He fixed my car and told me to take the car for a drive to charge the battery which I said ye but what if it doesn't start or cuts out he said phone back explain and someone else will come out. I followed his instructions only to be rudely told on the phone because it did break down again that I would have to pay £150 what an absolute joke of a breakdown company I had my elderly mum with me and if I hadn't been in a town centre I would of had to pay that (think its called daylight robbery) and before you come back with we say take it to a garage theynis no garages open on a Saturday and your mechanic assured me it was in working order only for the same thing to happen 3 hours later. Dont reply asking me to contact you, you contact me

Excellent experience from start to finish. Price was great

Very poor experience and would not send roadside assistance for a amber light. I explained no issues with the car and wanted a diagnostic and was advised this is a service they do not provide.
