I have had to use the service twice in the many years I've been with them and on both occasions I have been treated with respect and assistance was quick and professional I have used another before finding emergency assist and was not impressed by them at all I would certainly recommend Emergency Assist and have done so Thank you for helping me yesterday I felt cared for and was kept up to date even though my wait was no more than an hour if even that also on line changes to plan is easy

Avoid...Ignored emails to cancel, took money out my bank way before my current cover ended and charged us almost double the price advertised on their website.

Drove from home to an appointment and on getting to the turning to the car park my battery died, tried re starting but absolutely dead , made contact with your office as was blocking the main entrance to the car park into a business park and people were trying to squeeze past , as there were locked barriers as well .I was helped to be pushed into a parking space, then you guys swung into action ,supplied specialist battery supplier and lovely mobile mechanic to rescue me , very helpful, new battery fitted. I have been a client of Emergency assist for several years now, your members fees are very reasonable but more importantly , the service is impeccable , the people are great , know what to do , within an hour battery was located and mechanic on his way .Made my appointment and all well , never been let down , keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen .

This Company has taken £52.72 out of my Bank Account. I phoned them yesterday to query the payment and they eventually answered, then they said they would transfer me to the correct department, after 20 minutes of waiting I hung up. I then sent an email to their complaints department- No response. My only option now is to report this Fraudulent transaction to my bank. Well what do you know, they even have an AI assistant for complaints!

An absolute pleasure to deal with. Everything was sorted in minutes and much cheaper than any other company. Thank you, Lesley

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Terrible company, very poor customer service. I was unlucky enough to be stranded 230 miles away from home recently & needed to contact them. Id paid my full premiums up front & I have to say they couldn't have been more unhelpful!! ESPECIALLY the woman call handler who had zero empathy, sympathy or customer service skills! An oversight on my behalf had led to my MOT being 2 weeks out of date (Totally my fault, I get that & a genuine mistake that Ive never made before in my 40yrs of driving) I was told that because of this their terms & conditions stated that they couldnt bring me home UNLESS I paid them anoth £1300!!! And then somehow theyd be able to. I ended up sourcing my own low loader home (at less than half that price!) Once home, I did make a formal complaint through email & was told that should I wish to pursue my complaint with them they would report my 2 week MOT oversight to the police, but insinuating that if I didnt pursue the complaint that they wouldn't. Ive always used Green Flag breakdown cover before & they've always been excellent. I only moved over to these as they were on a relatively cheap offer on Groupon, (about a tenner a year less than Green Flag) I know why they're cheaper now seeing all the negative google & trust pilot (my next stop) reviews! cheaper is DEFINITELY not better. They advised me to "read the small print" so I'll advise you all to do the same. One of the worse company's Ive ever had the misfortune to deal with & not a company ypu can reley on in an emergency situation.

I was told they would be with
me in 2 hours. I rang back when they hadn't appeared and was told another 20 minutes. Not very good.

I think the cancellation fee of £120 is extortionate! The breakdown man had not arrived on site and I still will be billed. I haven't enough money to pay this month's bills as it is, so an now extremely stressed and still need to get a new battery for my car.

Initial breakdown was a clutch got it repaired towed to nearest garage all was fine. Wife broke down again 6 months later making noise when turning strearing wheal. Called emergancy assist said would only come out if she paid £180 as could be clutch again. Then would not cover her at all because she had driven a mile after she noticed a noise and there is a stipulation in the policy stating this. WARNING they will try every trick to not pay out just waiting for you to slip up and lead questioning in such a way that often you do. If she had broken down on a motorway she would have been in big trouble. I know they are cheep but CHEEP for a reason. The whole purpose of breakdown is peace of mind DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

The advisor was very helpful and reassured me that I would need to call a tyre company and produce the receipt for reimbursement
