Very disappointed – poor service and false delivery promises
Customer service is practically nonexistent – no one answers calls or messages. I was told delivery would take 4 days, but it’s been over a month and the status still says “en route.” No updates, no response, nothing. Extremely frustrating experience.

They charged 50€ for shipping, still have not received package
Eminza charged 50€ for shipping which is outrageously expensive. The shipping company contacted us to say they were 15 minutes away and then never showed up. We waited over a week for an update from the shipper or Eminza. Finally the tracking on the shipping page is updated saying we need to pick it up from another city. But they did not give the address of where we should go. Still waiting for Eminza to confirm they have even spoken to the shipper. Extremely disappointing experience, we may have to just report the charge as fraudulent with our credit card company.
