DO NOT use this website, it's a trap.

DO NOT use this website to pay ULE zone charge as they have never paid and I ended up have to pay for the penalty charge which is a lot more than original fees.

They create stress and wasting a lot of my time trying to appeal which is a failed and ended up going through tribunal. I gave up.

I probably am not the last one that fell into the trap, but really hope and pray no one will ever fall into this trap. When you are not a resident in London, you don't always know all the regulations in London. Scammers probably are aiming to this to get money.

This website is a scam

This website is a scam. They are not an official site and if you've paid them, you'll still get a charge notice from TLF

WARNING

WARNING, please do not use this site to pay your ULEZ or Congestion Charge. This is not TFL but they appear high on the search results and the site looks very similar to trick you to pay.

This is a scam website and business

This is a scam, I would have been happy to pay the additional £10 charge on top of the ULEZ charge of £12.50 per day however they never passed my payment onto tfl.
tfl were pretty useless as they know this problem exists and do nothing, they are also making money by the penalty notices they send out as a result. One way the scam works is they try to make out you did not enter your registration correctly so they can blame you for not passing on the money. If you have like me been an unfortunate victim, report it to your bank and the police. Let's get them taken down. Also complain to tfl, they should be doing more, I found it really difficult to work out how to pay tfl, I personally think they make it deliberately difficult.
Further investigation into this company they also operate under the name London Emmisions charge you can look them up on Companies House. They deliberately mislead people by claiming they have entered their registration number and have this as a legal disclaimer so they don't pass funds on. The company director is Alejandro Gabriel-Buenaventura and the business address is 71-75 Shelton Street, Convent Garden, London UK WC2H 9JQ and is still operating as a legitimate business. Both TFL and Google are aware of this scammer but have not yet been effective in ending this scam, spread the word and let's try and stop this.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE

I stupidly paid with this company. Entered my plate (hire car) and allowed me to proceed with a payment of £35 and because of this, i assumed i had to pay. Turns out i didnt but they dont have anything which states after you put you VRN into their site to state otherwise. Been over a week, sent the details 4 times and still chasing as a new person keeps emailing to send over the information. Nightmare trying to get a refund and what a suprise, no phone number. No idea how a company like this is allowed to operate.

This is a scam

This is a scam. They will take your money and not pay it over to TFL in time or not at all. When you will enquire, they can refund you some of the money and keep their £5 admin charge. So win-win for them and lose-lose for the customer as now you will have to pay a penalty charge to TFL for non-payment.

I cannot believe I actually fell for this scam

I cannot believe I actually fell for this scam site masquerading as the London Emissions payment website, im usually so careful, but I was in a rush at the time trying to get to the FA Cup Final and it looked as legit as could be. They have been reported to the watchdog, also Transport for London site who subsequently sent me a notice of non payment. DONT FALL FOR THE TRAPS !

Scam website

Scam website - charge you an unnecessary extra £5 per day, and later when I became suspicious and contacted TFL... turned out that they hadn't even paid the ULEZ charge, so I needed to pay TFL all over again to avoid a fine

Be careful: they were the top-ranked search result in Google at the time, and on a mobile screen the website looked legitimate

SCAM Website.... Cancel your bank cards immediately.

SCAM website.... they play with the algorithm to pop up at the top of searches.

They operate for as long as they can, before they are taken down for fraud. They then come back as a different web address.

They take your money, but never pass this onto TFL.

You also lay your self open top banking fraud as they have your addresses and bank details.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam, you can pay the ulez on tfl for much cheaper.

Tfl has advised this company is a scam and needs reporting to Trading standards.

I emailed the company and explained this, no response just a 'here's a refund'

Thankfully if I didn't pay via tfl, I would be getting a penalty charge

Scammers

Not even worthy of one star…this company is a scam who Google allow to appear at the top of a search for ULEZ charge.

I have complained to Google and NCA - I now have to pay my ULEZ via the correct website.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Would give 0 star if possible.
Never drove in to London before thought this was the real deal.
Paid 17.50 to later be slapped with a 90 pound charge which sadly we have no choice to pay.
Have complained and will be requesting money back from the bank.

Legal Scam by Scum

This website acts by deception to overcharge for something when there is no reason for this company to even exist. ie. scumbag hijacking service. It's not fraud as the additional payment of £5 and the requirement that you enter all details correctly is put in the terms and conditions which you tick you have read. You are also acknowledging that the company has nothing to do with TFL.

Comes up as the first link (sponsored) in Google search results on mobile devices, but not computer browsers.

By day 3 I chased them to make the payment to TFL and then they did. So I can't argue with much here. I guess they would have paid it anyway just in time. Contrary to what has been said previously, they do respond to contact. However, still an all round scummy company that needs reporting to trading standards. Disgusting that Google are complicit in this. Won't be buying any Google products for the rest of my life. A bit more difficult for TFL to deal with though. They are supposedly working with search engines to take them down but this site has been up for 6 months..

I don't understand how trustpilot give them 2 stars when every review they have had was only one...
