Topsure 

Topsure is a SCAM. They took my payment and sent me all the documents and certificates but my car wasn’t showing up on the MID, i checked every week for months and it never showed. Every time i emailed asking why is it not showing they said it takes time to show and they are in contact with the MID to sort the issue and then they eventually ignored my emails but still sent me the invoice for the next payment. I then got a letter from DVLA saying i’m not insured and will fine me if I don’t get insurance immediately.

The payments were also bank transfer to a weird company, they said my car isn’t showing on the MID because i’m late on the next payment.

Worse thing is I couldn’t even get my money back from my bank because it was a transfer and not a direct debit out my account.

TOPSURE IS A SCAM AVOID THEM!! I got scammed by this so called insurance company. THEY ARE FAKE, PLS DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THEM. I received letters from police and dvla saying I am not insured and would receive a fine if I don’t get insured. Topsure sent me a fake certificate and my vehicle never appeared on the MID at all. Please don’t fall for their low quotes as they are just fake and they will take your money!

Please please do not waste your time! Absolute scam! I should have known it was too good to be true. Got pulled by police because of no insurance. Showed them the certificate and they came back saying that they couldn’t find anything on this company and that I should find new insurers immediately. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Only giving 1 star because u can’t give 0 stars , SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT INSURE YOUR CAR WITH THIS WEBSITE . Sent me a fake insurance certificate & I was pulled with police and told I was UNINSURED ! Only answer your emails when they feel like it and it’s not legit at all!!!

They are a Ghost broker they claim to be a proper insurance broker but they are far from legitimate..THERE SCAMMERS!!!!! . my daughter brought insurance from this company ..her car was never updated on the ask mid data base, there answer was it takes time there must be a discrepancy in the information .. 2 months later her car is still not showing .also there is no contact number everything is done through email . they even ask you to make your monthly insurance payment directly to a company called sovereign group they email you the link …what insurance company does that.. she only realised when she received a letter from GMP saying she wasn’t insured and she never has .. please please avoid this company you work so hard to get your driving license don’t risk it on something that’s sounds to good to be true.

Would give this company 0 stars if I could. Do not take an insurance policy out with this company they are a scam!! They will just take your money and provide a fake certificate of insurance to you. They will tell you lies as your vehicle will not appear on the Motor Insurance Database (MID) at all. They will continue to lie and say that they have submitted your policy details and ask for more payments each month. They actually don’t submit any details to the MID and did not do so in the months I was with them as my vehicle did not appear on the MID even once and I checked every week to see if there was an update but there never was. They also aren’t regulated or approved by the Financial Conduct Authority.

You will also receive letters from the DVLA and police saying your vehicle is uninsured. When I told TopSure all of this they just ignored my emails regarding the matter. As a result, I have also received fines which I have to spend more money on. I am very disappointed with this so called company and would never recommend them to anyone as you do not want to waste your money and their service is honestly disgusting. I have spend hundreds on my policy just for it to not be legit at all and now have to pay fines which I did not expect as I thought this company was legit. They were unhelpful and never got back to me about my concerns at all! This just shows how they are a scam as they always ignored my emails whenever I brought these issues up and just kept asking for payments. Please do avoid them and do not waste your time or money on them!!

Just finished my year with TopSure and really impressed. I like how everything is automated so there's no stress with having to email in all the time. I've seen 1 review on this page saying its a scam but as TopSure have really helped me out I wanted to leave this review as I personally was never scammed and could not recommend more.
