I was skeptical after reading the reviews

I was skeptical after reading the reviews, but it got sent after a week and came in just under 24 hours from the day it was shipped. The db-killer was also just as stated on the site. I am very pleased with my purchase, thank you EM-moto will buy again. 👍😁

Great Price Great Service

I am very satisfied with my purchase. I ordered an Akrapovic Carbon Slip-On and Optional Link Pipe for my 2025 ZX-6R. The exhaust came brand new and exactly as advertised on the website. Price on EM Moto was hundreds of dollars cheaper then other websites. Shipping time was great also - it did take a little while to ship but once it was shipped it only took about a week from Italy to Australia which is quicker then our domestic parcel service. Thank you EM Moto for your great service and very competitive pricing. I am one happy customer and I would not hesitate to buy from this company again!

Avoid!!! READ EMAIL

Item not delivered on time, import fees all transferred to the customer and even though their website said it would be 20% it ended being closer to 40%. No communication, unable to get through on call. Opened dispute via paypal. Avoid.

You are so arrogant and unintelligent that talking to you is annoying and completely useless!
You are the one in England, and you are the one who together with your fellow countrymen have decided to leave the European community, without even knowing what it means!
You and most of your fellow countrymen still have to understand that by now, anything you buy from abroad is subject to customs duties, which YOUR COUNTRY IMPOSES, and YOUR COUNTRY COLLECTS! And not us!
What we can do, since your brain is not yet able to understand, is to warn you of the fact that your country will apply the VAT of your country, and for this reason you find a more advantageous price in other countries!
What was requested of you is exactly 20% VAT, + another 17 pounds that your state calculated and requested from you, and we are certainly not the ones receiving this money!
For these 17 extra pounds that were asked of you, from your country, you felt entitled to refuse the item, make us lose money, and harm us in every way possible!
You should be ashamed of yourself for existing! Infamous coward!!"

I have never EVER received such a treatment. Oh dear.

We are not responsible for the length of time the goods remain in customs, nor for the customs duties you have had to pay.

We know that VAT in the UK is 20%, that's all, if there are any customs surcharges added that's where you need to ask for an explanation.

You are free not to pay customs fees, but by doing so you will not receive the goods which will be returned to the sender.

Stock levels never accurate

I ordered a pair of Sidi MAG-1 boots from the EM MOTO website on 12 October 24. They were due to be shipped from Italy to the UK. I now don't believe they have any accurate stock information on their website.

I received an email from Riccardo on 14 Oct telling me they were "temporarily unavailable" without any further explanation or any sort of apologetic tone.

Oddly, I had to actually suggest myself that a refund be provided since he couldn't fulfil the order or provide a lead time.

My refund came through but it was less than the original purchase due to the new exchange rate. The are wasn't something they could control but, essentially, due to their poor stock holding I've lost nearly £20 in this whole endeavour. This is why I felt the need to review. What's outrageous is that the item and size is STILL available to buy online so another customer could have the same issue. I'm very annoyed at this company.

Side note: I see this is a family owned business but these guys are clearly not experts in customer service after reading the other reviews and company responses...WOW. Very rude.

Leo Vince exhaust, Excellent.

I ordered a Leo Vince exhaust from this company. Was a little concerned about some of the reviews saying things take a while. Was very pleasantly surprised when the exhaust turned up from Italy to New Zealand in less than 2 weeks. It was everything I hoped it would be at a great price. Thanks Team, great service.

I ordered an exhaust from this company

I ordered an exhaust from this company. The product was fine it just didn’t fit my Ducati 1260s. Which the company knew my bike type prior to shipping it to me. Once received my mechanic told me that the part doesn’t fit my bike and he even commented that they may have sent the wrong part.

I reached out to the company and they responded a few days later and told me to wait until someone gets back to me. After multiple attempts to request support they finally responded with an answer a month later just to tell me that they cannot accept a refund request. I was prompt with my timing and the company waited until it was in there best interest to respond and deny me of an unused product that I instantly bought off of their recommendation!

I will never order from them again and will go back to ordering from Revzilla. So unprofessional, rude and untimely. I don’t see them lasting in business long. These practices I’ve seen many times and should have done more research before purchasing. So help yourself if you’re seeing this. IGNORE ALL 5 star reviews and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM and regret your purchase. I cannot believe that I referred them so much business to my friends and followers and this is how they handle their customers.

A month and a half waiting for something they didn't have.

I bought a helmet and an email came to me saying that 15 days would be delayed a month and a half passed and I never received information about the shipping number, and after I write to them they tell me that they were on vacation a month they never told me that when I made the purchase, and after sending several emails and then they say that they do not have the helmet and offered me another helmet... very annoying with this site AND I DON'T RECOMMEND IT FOR NOTHING.

I payed £300 for an Exhaust slip on…

I payed £300 for an Exhaust slip on from them on July 26th and was happy to wait the 15 days for processing as stated as I was in no rush.
17 days later and nothing so contacted via website to be told they are closing for the summer and was offered a refund however I caught the message late and had to wait.
Fast forward to 26th of August and still said Processing.. So contacted again and the ticket was opened and closed by them with no reply.
This happened 3 times in 3 days one of which asked for a refund to just be ignored.
Luckily I payed with paypal so requested a refund through them just for that to be ignored so Escalated it and I will be refunded 14th September..
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE/SERVICE
This is an absolute joke of a company who will try and just take your money.
I wish I read the reviews before I bought anything.
I wish it was possible to give negative stars.

I ordered an Arrow exhaust from EM Moto. They are located in Italy. I found communication to be excellent. I believe the parts were not in stock and they ordered it from the manufacturer. I was informed of the status regularly. I was notified when they shipped to the USA. I was surprised at how fast I received the new Arrow exhaust. Less than a week in transit. I would definitely buy again. Outstanding customer service. Great Seller!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not order from here.

I ordered an exhaust 5 weeks ago still not received it, opened up a customer support ticket 4 times asking to cancel the order and refund the money and il shop elsewhere my only to get no reply back and they cancel my ticket request. Contacted credit card they are now reviewing this.
Do not purchases from these shop else where!

50/50 shot you’ll have a good experience.

I’ve ordered 4 times now from EM MOTO. 1st time went ok but shipping took forever. 2nd time I was sent the helmets pads - the center pad was correct but the cheek pads were the wrong size. I didn’t notice this mistake until sometime after as the bags weren’t marked with the sizes. The package was also sent to the wrong address which I was able to retrieve. It’s been two weeks and no response from EM MOTO on their mistake. 3rd order was smooth. Now awaiting 4th order. Will update accordingly.

I purchased a top AGV Pista helmet saving over $600.00 buying directly from EM MOTO rather than here in Orlando Florida. The helmet arrived on time and was flawless. They had exceptional customer care and responded immediately. No brainer if you want top quality gear at an exceptional price!

Good prices. Communication is minimal.

They lie about shipping then go quiet. Won’t return an email quickly. Filed a dispute with PayPal. I tried to save a few bucks.

Update:

After I filed a PayPal dispute I miraculously got a shipping notice with a not live number. Let’s see how this goes? It’s from Italy Post so I will see if it becomes live.

Update:

Two days later and the tracking number they gave me still is not live. As expected they lied about shipping it.

Last update:

After three days the tracking number went live.

Product did arrive. Their communication is not the best but it showed up and in good condition. I updated my rating to 4 stars. Good prices but communication needs work. Set your expectations accordingly.

Ordered a online in stock exhaust for a 2023 gsx8s exhaust says 5 to 15 working days to ship and has been over 40 days still nothing ... ask what's going on and keep getting lied to ! Order says processing still... Received a email last week was gonna ship still hasn't no updates on tracking just a nightmare . Stay away !
