Aprilia smoked screen

The guys at EM Moto are very friendly, and respond promptly to mails and queries. The Aprilia MRA smoked screen is fantastic and looks great. From Italy to Namibia shipping did not take that long. Will definitely do business with you guys again. Thanks!

Stay away from this company!!

I put in an order and paid for an exhaust that was in stock according to their website. Got an email that the order would take 15 working days before shipment!!! I sent an email asking why and when my order would ship. Got no answer. After a couple of days over the primary deadline i sent a new email. Then they said that the exhaust would not be shipped until July. I contacted the exhaust manufacturer also situated in Italy and they have them i stock for direct shipping to me.

Its a bunch of bullsh!t. Been waiting a cuple of weeks for nothing. And i get no compensation, i have not even been asked to order a different brand of exhaust or anything to help me sort this situation out.. just leave me here with sh!t all over me.

Shame on you EM moto.

Fortunately i dared to order.

At first i was sceptical too seeing the mixed reviews. Fortunately i dared to order. I placed the order (Italy --> Romania) on the 29th of april paid with card the packet reached the courier firm on the 10th of may, today on the 15th of may i received the product in mint condition. It was my first order from EM Moto, probably won't be the last, thank you!

Cheaper but be patient

Ordered an Arrow exhaust online, I am from Belgium.
Order got shipped much later than what mentioned on the website, in 25 days instead of 5-15 days. Support said it’s delayed because of suppliers stocking them not having the product yet.

Prices are cheaper than other resellers, and their support team is responsive.

The exhaust I received is as described and arrived in excellent condition.

My EmMoto experience.

I’d start my saying, in the end I did receive what I ordered. I ordered my full exhaust for my s1000rr at the start of February. Was told it’d be shipped and delivered in less than 2 weeks. I received a tracking number after about 10 days, but the tracking number did not update after 2-3 days. I checked again a few days later and still no update. I reached out to EmMoto as well as the Italian post. The post office said the tracking slip was made, but no package had been shipped. Em Moto simply brushed me off and said some things take awhile. Another week later, still no update with the tracking number, I reached out again, and was told they were awaiting more info. Suspicious my package never shipped, I asked for a refund which I was denied. About another week later, I had revived a NEW tracking number. Followed by another email hours later saying they were still waiting for more information. This tracking number actually showed package info, so I decided to wait. 12 days later and the exhaust showed up! While I’m not disappointed with the product, I am disappointed with customer service. I don’t think this exhaust was ever in stock, and Emmoto had to wait to receive it to ship it out to me, which is what caused the month and a half delay. If they showed more transparency, I’d be a lot more satisfied. I’d much rather spend the 200 more dollars to order from the big company’s for accurate information.

Good, honest company

Good, honest company that keeps their word. I’ve placed two orders and both times it took over a month to receive my package. I live in SW Florida and I read other people’s feedback beforehand so my expectations were reasonable. Plus, Em Moto kept me updated the whole time so that was great. Depending on where you live and what you’re ordering, it may take a while to receive, but Em Moto will deliver and at a great price. I will be ordering again soon!

Really really long before it was…

Really really long before it was shipped, I had even forget about it. The same week I received it someone hit my bike before I could even open the box. I asked if I could return it, they answered 2 months later, 2 months to answer and they said no.

Stay far far away from this webshop. I ordered a dynojet powervision for my harley. Shipping would be 5-15 workdays. Of course nothing in the order status changed. You’d think they would send me an email about what’s going on. But no. I had to contact them myself. They told me the item would be shipper first Wednesday after their reply. But of course they did not. I had to send another inquiry. They lie through their teeth. Takes days till they even reply to any inquiries. And when you want to cancel, the item is miraculously already sent. Except the track number is non existent with the shipping company. So they probably made that up too. It all might look like great deals. But damn expensive if you never get your product.

Buyer beware advertise fake stock.

After enquiring about shipment my order was cancelled as they realised they had no stock, despite the day before confirming that they had stock and would dispatch on purchase the next business day.

As the item was on ebay they stated the reason for the cancellation was buyers request and fault.

Shonky company! Buyer beware!

Legit at Bargain Prices!

What a great experience. Excellent price, legit product, and quick response to my inquiries. I ordered a Bell Race Star Flex DLX helmet in the RSD edition and saved nearly $300 compared to if I had bought in the US or from larger retailers. I ordered on 10/13, it shipped on 10/24, and was delivered on 11/1. So yes, overall 3 weeks lead time from Italy to US but worth $300 IMHO. The helmet arrived safely with signature required and no issues at all. Looks great, definitely 100% authentic and a smoking good deal. Even had an additional discount $20 code on top of their unbeatable regular price. EM Moto is at the top of my list for future purchases!

I ordered a Akrapovic full exhaust…

I ordered a Akrapovic full exhaust system for my Kawasaki Ninja. It took a long time to arrive and I had to pay 20% import tax. All this considered my experience with EM LINEAMOTO was great! They replied to my enquires and reassured me it would be with me in due course. Supply chain issues were the main cause of the delay. I can only comment on the people who are complaining they didn't get their equipment as either entering the wrong details or just being impatient. Their average score should be higher than the current 2.7.

Prices were excellent. Communication was excellent. Shipping was excellent. At first, I was a little leery about ordering something from overseas but it turned out to be a wonderful experience. I would absolutely recommend em moto.

No Refund After Returned Delivery

The company has one of the worst customer support ever.
6 October 2022 I had to receive a helmet, which seemed after all to be damaged in transit and returned back to the seller.
After providing this information to the seller on Oct 13th they told me they will investigate.
After waiting for over 5 months now they kept telling me the last couple of months that the package is missing or something at DPD and they are waiting for DPD to approve their claim and refund the missing item.

This now has been over 2-3 months, they told me back in January that the proces will take 2-3 weeks. Which now seems a Lie and also they respond hardly to any messages written to them

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR PURCHASES STAY AWAY

If u got problems they won't help you in any way.

Promised expressed shipping in 24 hours; 6 days later it is still "processing"

Placed an order on Feb. 3rd and the confirmation stated the items would be sent within 24 hours via expressed shipping. 6 days later and the items have not been shipped and the confirmation is still "processing." I have requested a refund at this point but I have never received a response to any of my inquiries. I would avoid doing business with this company based on my experience and others; it really seems like a scam is occurring.

** To follow up, I filed a PayPal dispute and EM Moto did issue me a refund.
