Poor customer service
Unfortunately this is my fourth visit and haven’t had poor service before hence my return. I hadn’t finished painting my pottery so asked if i could take it and fire it myself in my own kiln, they flatly refused, i asked if i could continue painting and was told no room at the in, but the over flow room was empty, asked if i could paint outside, no, no, no. Then they said they would have to remove the writing i had added. I run a studio myself and couldn’t have found the staff less helpful. We wont be returning . Such a shame. Poor poor and embarrassing for emma bridgewater.

Very lovely bread bin
Very pleased with this bread bin although it is a little on the small side, even for just two of us but it does look very nice in our new kitchen. Came next day although I paid no extra. Expensive for a bread bin but looks just right.
