I have ordered from EB for years with no issues with broken deliveries. Unfortunately, I recently had a jug arrive with a broken handle. Customer service quickly resolved the issue. I appreciate it!! Thank you
Didn’t even come in box with Emma Bridgwater on just plan brown box
We came for the factory tour and the afternoon tea.
We got there in plenty of time and managed to park in a disabled bay. The first problem arise when we weren’t sure of the entrance. This is not clear and we had to wait to see where there people were going before finding the entrance. Please can you change this?
The tour was really interesting and Neil was very knowledgeable and it was great to see the working of the factory and the people behind the scenes.
Please could we ask that Neil slow down when delivering the tour and not rush through the experience. He asked if anyone in our party had any questions and didn’t wait very long for a response before rushing through to the next section.
I know they have a number of tours throughout the day but please can they slow down their pace and delivery, especially for disabled visitors. The people we came across were smiley and knowledgeable. This part was really interesting.
The gift shop was really lovely and the atmosphere and the lighting was brilliant. The people in the gift shop couldn’t have done more when we
asked about the pricing on some cards on sale were not this is not clear and they happily went out of their way to help us.
The people in the second shop will also very smiley and happy to help us and packaged our items very well so they travelled home with us with without any problems.
The afternoon tea experience on the other hand was not something I would recommend to any of my friends/family. We asked if we could move our booking after arriving there at 10 for a tour at 11 the tour an hour and a half. We then had to wait until 2 pm which was okay… because my friend had a phone call to take and we had a look around both of the shops.
When we asked if we could change our booking in the café two a little earlier two people serving said we couldn’t because the afternoon tea is
fresh and a certain number is made each day. This is interesting because when we got our afternoon tea The sandwiches did not taste as they were made fresh. The cakes were mediocre and the amount we got on the stands was average. The cup and the teapot were small compared to other afternoon tea we’ve had. The staff were helpful, Ish. The overall experience of the afternoon was not one. I would recommend to friends or a family and this is such a shame because we were really looking forward to it. Having done a number of afternoon tea’s in the UK.
Please sort out the experience Emma Bridgewater.
Took longer than stated to arrived. The mug cost £40 + & was not gift wrapped or protect it in the box. Disappointing experience overall with EB
Emma Bridgewater is such an iconic brand. A truly lovely tea drinking experience ❤️❤️❤️
Arrived on time and made a lovely present for my daughter
Glad to have many choices for the 1/2 pt mugs on the website- fun to start getting ready for autumn with new options & restocks of previous mugs. My order arrived in days to the San Diego area. Consistent/ reliable service/products.
The mugs were lovely and I will definitely be ordering more
Cute design which fits in with last year's design, quality workmanship, easy to order, packed with care and delivery was prompt. As usual, I am happy with product and service.
The mugs were shipped out quickly and packed very well. The designs are beautiful as always and make brilliant additions to my collection. There is a small imperfection on the cow mug but that’s to be expected when each mug is handmade! Otherwise it’s always a 5 star experience with Emma Bridgewater.
Good delivery time well packaged product blackberry dishes as beautiful as I imagined for me very reminiscent of days foraging for blackberries
Easy to purchase my products that I have chosen, even if it's personalised. My items arrive on time and in good condition. I basically loved Emma Bridgewater products.
There were a couple of indents in the finish of the mug - felt like it should have a seconds product. Also the packaging could be better as it’s a gift - perhaps some branding within the box?
As always a lovely design range that spans generations and interest.
Made in our wonderful historical Stoke on Trent and the‘The Potteries’…. Which we all should be supporting too much history has already been lost .
British made…supporting local crafts people and iconic makers.
Great online service, quick to process and post, well packaged using recyclable materials.
Mugs are a nice size and the handle is a generous fitting.
The beakers arrived on the day and time stated.
My mug came earlier than expected and, as all Emme Bridgewater works, the colours are bright and the composition of the elements is beautiful
Love the designs, especially Peter Rabbit but there's definitely a lowering in the quality of the ceramics; notches and faults under the glaze; since the early days when I started buying Emma Bridgewater designs.
I have made several orders and love the joyful designs that Emma creates .
The customer service I have received is excellent and you actually get to speak to a real human, which I particularly love . Any issues are immediately rectified where possible and customers are kept informed of progress .
I would thoroughly recommend and trust Emma Bridgewater products and service. Thank you !
