pottery workshop
For a paid pottery workshop and a long car journey in June for a 50th It has felt like you get forgotten about or ignored if they unfortunately loose your items . I am very understanding this happens but no communication to notify you this has happened ( was myself that called to see what has happened) and then Very poor customer service in returning messages to try and resolve it.
4 emails not replied to and 4 calls with promises I will get called back that never happens.
Now only after stating I will take it further in Aug I get a call back with apologies and understanding of the situation and promise of refund of my Tickets and compensation of my time and travel and lost items . I was more than happy to except this and could draw a line under this.
Then a voice message left ,that clearly say’s we have your items and no longer will need to sort the other compensation items out and will be with you in a couple of days .
Week later no tracking or items so back to the start again.
So this is my 1 star .
