All mugs were great except one which had a sharp piece of China right on the handle.

Disappointing!
I have been waiting for this order for a month having ordered at the beginning of July.
It was not delivered by Evri & returned back to Emma Bridgwater where I was told it would be shipped then to my home address via Another courier. Two weeks on it was re-delivered to the wrong address & I am unable to collect due to not having a QR code for the locker it has been left in, having asked for the package to be re-delivered to my home address. Really disappointed with the service. I am still waiting a QR code from Emma Bridgwater so I can get my parcel. Really not good enough I’m afraid.
