Beautiful product, Halloween mug. This was my first item from Emma Bridgwater and I’ll definitely buy more. Very carefully packaged, delivered quickly, absolutely gorgeous.

I have quite a collection of mugs/plates and enamel ware. I wanted a new mug and the blackberry design was colourful and a needed autumnal design for my cupboard. The mug is well designed and I didn't have to wait too long before it arrived. It's my go to mug for the moment.

The items purchased were both packaged wonderfully which was just as well as I think they were dropped and squashed several times by the delivery company. They are both absolutely beautiful and have made a wonderful addition to our Emma Bridgewater collection. I know my grandson will enjoy his Peter Rabbit plate and mug for many years to come.

Ordering was simple, goods arrived as promised and well packaged. The items were a gift and the recipient was delighted with them

The mug is beautiful. I’m astonished it survived Evri delivery.
Evri left it on the ground after throwing it over my gate.

I haven’t received my item despite ordering it 11 days ago.

Cracks appeared in the glaze of my original purchase and when I brought this to the attention of Customer Service a replacement was dispatched without delay. Thank you for your prompt action.

I bought the Peter Rabbit mug as a birthday gift for my mum\. Unfortunately, when it arrived, I was immediately disappointed with the quality\. For £30, I expected a much higher standard, but the mug felt quite cheap and, in my opinion, was not worth the price\.

The print itself is very cute, but unfortunately, it doesn’t make up for the overall quality of the mug\.

The delivery was also disappointing\. The website stated that delivery would take 2–3 business days, but the mug was not handed over to the delivery team until the third business day\. As a result, it arrived after my mum’s birthday, which was particularly frustrating as it had been purchased specifically as a birthday gift\.

Overall, I’m very disappointed with both the quality of the product and the delivery service,

They help with the parcel that wasn't sent when evie said it was.

My parcel has been with Evri for over 7 days & still not delivered. They cannot trace what has happened to it . Have raised this with Emma Bridgwater’s customer service team, but still no response. Not Impressed
