A box for the personalised mug would be nice
Arrived promptly and is lovely, just as I expected. However as I ordered a personalised mug it would have been nice if it came in its own box which would make it far easier to gift wrap.

Little treat to myself
I debated getting an enamel roasting tin but when it was in the sale I ordered one. Lovely, solid & colourful. I also bought 2 mugs as I collect them. I do love all of the Emma Bridgewater crockery and just treat myself now and then as its an expensive hobby.

Absolutely love Emma Bridgewater! Their products are iconic but on this occasion I was blown away by their customer service.
I ordered a mug and paid for next day delivery, was to be delivered by Evri, however it still was not delivered for 4 days after that, I emailed EB customer services and they had a new one sent out within 30 mins which arrived the next day, and refunded my delivery fee which I wasn’t expecting but appreciated it.
The original delivery issue was absolutely no fault of EB but was resolved perfectly.
