My daughter had a pair of De Niro riding boots fitted at Emmers. Within a few weeks, the elastic in the boots broke, and she developed painful sores at the back of her knees due to the zipper tab pressing into her skin.
We returned to Emmers and explained the situation. They acknowledged it was a manufacturing defect and sent the boots back to De Niro for repair. However, just a few weeks after the repair, the same issues occurred again.
De Niro then claimed the boots had not been properly fitted by Emmers. Despite this, Emmers refused to take responsibility. All they offered was a €170 gift voucher, while the boots had cost €600 and are now unwearable. We ended up having to buy a 2nd pair of boots at Emmers.
We are very disappointed that a reputable company like Emmers did not simply replace the boots. Poor service—consider yourself warned.

Shipping to the US was incredibly fast and the communication was excellent!
