This was one of the best experiences I've had! Everything went smoothly I got my paperwork quickly and my HOA used the paperwork and got the approval immediately for me.

Took care of me

My experience was all together pretty good. It can be a timely process which can be difficult if the apartment complex your applying for needs the lease signed ASAP. With the amount of steps needed to verify an ESA and the small timeline usually given to complete a lease, it can definitely be stressful waiting for updates on the profile. I will say though that each time I reached out with a questions through their contact portal, it was always replied to in a timely manner. I do wish their contact portal had a live chat feature instead of just an email submittal.

You guys were very helpful in my time of need. I’ve had my wonderful dog for 13 years and just because of his breed everybody wants to be judgmental without him. I don’t know where I would be in life. I am very grateful to have him and I am very grateful that you guys understand that

While I appreciate how quickly (24-48 hrs.) I was able to receive my ESA letter, what needs improvement is the following:

There is no contact number to reach out for support forcing you to only leave a message via the contact form on the website. NO ONE has yet responded and this was almost TWO weeks ago.

We were moving into a new apartment and the therapist info that was on the letter was not reachable via call, email OR text. Neither myself or the apartment management/ team were able to verify the ESA letter via a required form that was sent to the email address provided on the ESA letter. The therapist we have on our letter is Rebecca Watson LCMHC, LPC, LMHC. I would suggest finding other therapists that are actually reachable as we have received 0 communication or reply.

I am disappointed in the service and if I could have a chosen another provider I would not have gone with Emotional Pet Support. I almost considered adding the travel option, but I'm very glad I did not.

I will not be using Emotional Pet Support in the future nor will I refer the website.

I appreciate that a company like EPS exist to provide valid certifications to people that truly need it. My fury baby is my best friend and my comfort. She’s a boxer mix, and a rescue. I have always said that she rescued me when I found her. Or in this case when she found me. She’s the anchor of my heart and my rock. I am happy I can take her and have her wherever I go. So thank you!

Even easier (and cheaper!) than the previous company I used to certify, which was already very easy. I just filled out a short questionnaire and got my certificate emailed to me literally 8 mins later. (The other company required a brief phone interview.) I will definitely use Emotional Pet Support LLC in the future and would highly recommend to others.
