Hands on practice and great knowledge , very kind and helpful mrs sagar was suffering from shoulder and back pain and just few sessions made huge change and proper guidance given by mrs sagar highly recommended and empire physiotherapy .

Haris has been working on my inflamed achilles over the past several weeks. He was very thorough and patient with my issue carrying out several procedures and offering exercises to attempt to overcome my injury. Although we haven’t yet resolved the problem I would have no hesitation in recommending Haris.

A total of six physiotherapy sessions with Bahar for lower back pain / restricted mobility. She quickly identified the problem areas and provided a mix of hands on physio and online exercises which ultimately covered lower back and middle back and hip treatments.
A professional and very competent lady with excellent interpersonal skills.

Ruchi was very kind and friendly, she explained everything very well and after three sessions with her, my knee was so much better. Many thanks to Ruchi :)

Therapist was stern but for all the right reasons, empathic to what I was going through, explainations of what to do in between appointments really helped. Amazing, friendly, caring, understanding couldn't of asked for more from Ruchi Sagar.

Excellent service

I had two visits and they were very professional and I was put at ease immediately. The consultation room was private and Bahar was very clear in her explanation of what I needed to do in the form of exercises which I carried out at home. By my second visit, no pain but a few more exercises to strengthen the areas to prevent reoccurrence. Overall very satisfied.

Excellent service. Neha totally listened to me and my body, to put together a tailor made treatment program, before rushing in with how to proceed. She was very friendly as well as being professional, which put me at ease right away.

Never having experienced acupuncture or ultrasound therapy before, I was quickly put at ease and Neha kept a constant eye on my pain threshold, to ensure I was comfortable throughout.

The exercise videos and PDF instructions were clear, concise and very useful.

After a full course of 6 treatments, my pain level has shot from 11/10 to 1/10. I'm fighting fit and am thankful to Neha for her expertise.
