I just hit the one-year mark since my hair transplant with Dr. Emrah Cinik in Istanbul, and I can honestly say the results are fantastic – better than I hoped for! I am three months post-procedure and everything is going exactly as the team explained. I have started to see the first signs of hair regrowth in the transplanted area. The donor area is almost completely healed, and the hair has fully recovered. I am also very reassured by the ongoing post-operative follow-up. It's truly reassuring. I am completely satisfied at this stage and eager to see the final result.

Very professional service, from the minute I got off the flight, I was looked after, escorted to the clinic for pre- op checks. The clinic is very modern with nice friendly welcoming staff, interpreters on hand to help with any language barrier. Then escorted to the 5*hotel. In the morning again escorted from the hotel to the clinic for the operation, again pre op checks to make sure everything was ok. Operation went really well, if at any time you feel any pain,or not comfortable etc, they will stop and give you medication, advice etc. After the operation, you are escorted back to the hotel to relax. Following morning. I was again escorted to the clinic for a check up, given advice and medication to take away. Then escorted to the airport. I highly recommend this service. I will be back next year for another operation. Thank you to all the friendly staff, who did an amazing service.

Before the transplant my hairline was very receded and the front area was quite thin. Now the difference is huge — my hairline looks much fuller and more natural, and the density has improved a lot.

The whole experience with Dr. Cinik Clinic was very professional. The staff were friendly, the clinic was clean and modern, and everything from the procedure to the aftercare was well organised.

I had my hair transplant at Dr. Cinik Clinic, and it was one of the worst decisions I have ever made.

Before the procedure, I had a very thick, healthy donor area. After the surgery, my donor area was severely overharvested and permanently damaged. The extraction was done carelessly, with no proper long-term planning for density preservation. The back of my head is now visibly thin and patchy — something I NEVER had before going to this clinic.

I consulted a hair transplant doctor here in the United States to fix the damage, and he clearly told me the donor area was mishandled and aggressively overharvested. This is not just a “bad result” — this is irreversible damage.

What’s even more frustrating is how professional and convincing everything sounds before surgery. You feel like you’re in good hands. But once the procedure is done, you’re left dealing with the consequences alone.

Now I have to spend thousands of dollars trying to repair something that should have been done correctly the first time. The emotional stress and financial burden this caused me is huge.

If you are considering Dr. Cinik Clinic, please understand this:
A damaged donor area cannot simply be “fixed.” Overharvesting is permanent. Do not be misled by marketing or social media promotions. Do deep research beyond the paid reviews.

I would strongly warn others to think very carefully before trusting this clinic with something as permanent as your hair.

I had my hair transplant just over a year ago and it has been a very positive experience throughout. Highly recommend Dr. Cinik and his entire team for their outstanding care. From the very first contact until now, everything has been handled with great attention and support. I had my surgery in November 2025 and I’m very disappointed with the outcome so far. During my consultation when I was still in Los Angeles about two weeks prior to the surgery I told his staff that I wanted the hair is all moved from my beard area and they told me that that was what was going to happen. I flew all the way to Turkey from Los Angeles and less than 24 hours prior to my surgery, I had a consultation with Dr. cynic I explained to him my concern about the front area of my head and he was adamant about focusing on the middle and crown I said several times can we please add some errors to one section of a front that was just really missing hair and he’s overruled me and said no we’re gonna focus on the middle and crown only. I felt very uncomfortable, but I had no choice at that point but to go through with the surgeries since I had traveled all the way across the world and I wasn’t about to say no to the surgery since it was only 24 hours prior.. it’s been over three months now and the front just looks really bad compared to the back and crown. The hair hasn’t grown in in the back or crown yet but the front just keeps getting worse. I expressed my concern to the doctors staff recently, and they tried to blame me saying that I agree to everything during the consultations. I’m really disappointed that they would lie and overall wish I went to another doctor that would’ve listened to me and put the hairs where they needed to go for the best results.

Had great experience the entire team was great to work with and the continued follow up is amazing.

It's been just over three months since the operation, everything is going as it should, I'm also very satisfied with the post-operative treatment I received.

I recently had a hair transplant at Dr. Cinik Clinic in Istanbul and I can honestly say the entire experience exceeded my expectations.

From the moment I arrived, everything was organized in a very professional and smooth way. The clinic arranged the transfers, the hotel was comfortable, and the staff made the whole process very easy and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout the entire journey.

The medical team was extremely professional and attentive. They explained every step of the procedure clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable during the whole day of the surgery. The procedure itself was performed with great care and precision.

I had around 4300 grafts with the DHI technique and the design of the hairline was done very carefully to keep a natural look that fits my face. Even in the early post-operative phase I am very satisfied with how everything looks.
