The hair transplant experience at Dr.Cinik was perfect. The team is well prepared and quilified to ensure everything goes smoothly with no delays. The transport from the airport to the clinic and hotel is very comfortable. The coordinator of my surgery, Serhat, organized everything perfectly and provided support in all stages of the service with his prompt availability and great communication. I appreciated that Serhat came to visit me during the surgery day, as perfect example of how professianalism meets human-social aspects. The surgery itself may be a long procedure and can cause discomfort during the last few hours, however the team never leaves you alone and you will receive all the support necessary. Also the post-op team -namely Sena in my case - provides professional advice and track your progresses carefully.

I had my hair transplant at Dr. Cinik Clinic and I am now 6 months post-operation. I can honestly say that the results so far are very satisfying. Hair growth is progressing well, the hairline looks natural, and the overall improvement is clearly visible, even though this is not the final result yet.

The clinic supported me throughout the whole process, from the operation to the post-operative follow-ups. Communication has been clear and professional, and my questions were always answered.

My hair transplant experience at Dr. Cinik's clinic on February 2nd was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I landed, everything was seamless. The driver was punctual and professional, taking me straight to the clinic for initial blood tests, a great sign of their thoroughness. I was then comfortably settled in a nearby hotel. The next day, more comprehensive checks, including blood tests and heart rate monitoring, showed their commitment to safety. The entire team nurses, doctors, staff, and translators – were amazing, providing exceptional care. I've already recommended Dr. Cinik to friends who are planning their procedures. Vous mettez en avant qu’il est préférable de « traiter en priorité certaines zones et d’envisager une seconde séance ultérieurement » notamment pour les personnes dans mon cas qui ont une zone « dégarnie large ». Pour mon cas la zone dégarnie est bien visible, celle du vertex, comme montré sur les photo que je vous ai envoyé dans les échange que nous avons eu sur whatsapp, si toutefois vous dédaignez considéré que j’ai bien fait partis de vos client. Sauf que pour mon cas il n’a jamais été question de deux séance. Votre constat était qu’il fallait utiliser une certaine méthode, avec une quantité de greffons prédéterminée. Il n’a jamais été question de faire la greffe en deux fois ou de ne pas greffé le vertex. Comme vous le mettez en avant c’est une méthode et une pratique courante, ce qui est déplorable dans la mesure où vous ne signalez pas qu’il pourrai y avoir besoin de deux greffes distinctes.
Vous mettez également en avant que « les traitements complémentaires », « ne remplacent pas une greffe lorsque celle-ci devient nécessaire », chose qui n’étais pas l’avis du Dr Cinik me concernant. Ma zone du vertex était clairement pauvre et clairsemée et pour lui des traitement complémentaire suffisait. Un abus de confiance clair, face a une personne ne maîtrisant pas le sujet comme le docteur.
Concernant ma volonté de contacter l’équipe post-opératoire cela a été fait. La solution : payer une seconde greffe au prix fort sans ménagement à un patient qui a eu le malheur de suivre des conseils venant de « professionnels ».

You state that it is preferable to “treat certain areas as a priority and consider a second session later,” particularly for people in my situation who have a “large thinning area.” In my case, the thinning area is clearly visible — the vertex — as shown in the photos I sent you in our WhatsApp exchanges, assuming you are willing to acknowledge that I was indeed one of your patients.

However, in my case, there was never any mention of two sessions. Your assessment was that a specific method should be used, with a predetermined number of grafts. At no point was there any discussion of performing the transplant in two stages or of not grafting the vertex. As you present it, this is a common method and practice, which is regrettable insofar as you do not indicate that two separate transplants might be necessary.

You also state that “complementary treatments” “do not replace a transplant when one becomes necessary,” which was not Dr. Cinik’s opinion in my case. My vertex area was clearly weak and sparse, and according to him, complementary treatments were sufficient. This represents a clear abuse of trust toward someone who does not master the subject, unlike the doctor.

Regarding my attempt to contact the post-operative team, this was done. The proposed solution: pay for a second transplant at full price, with no consideration for a patient whose only mistake was to follow advice coming from “professionals.”

The clinic was very professional in everything they did, pickups were on time, and the staff was great and very friendly. Would highly recommend.

This was my second operation, and everything was well organized from day one through to my transfer to the airport.

I decided to book my hair transplant with Dr Cinik after recommendations from my brother and a friend who had both been there previously.
I had my procedure carried out 3 weeks ago and I am very happy with how things have gone so far. Dr Ciniks team were excellent from start to finish and they continue to provide a quality service during the after care period as they have been in touch regularly to check up on my and make sure things are going well.

Went for a hair transplant guided by my friends recommendation. The process was smooth. The service very good. I was cared for before, during and after the treatment. No complaints. No issues. Would highly recommend them.

It was truly a great experience, starting with the wonderful Firat, who explained everything to me at the beginning and later welcomed me when I arrived at the clinic. I wish the team provided more insight into care what’s available as part of the purchasable package (for example I didn’t know the hair transplant package I purchased included a dental cleaning and x ray) and it was on me for not reading it, but I wish the team over there reminded me to schedule it or scheduled it proactively.
Additionally, understanding that I was coming from the U.S. and arriving late, it felt a little overwhelming to go to the blood test that same night instead of just going to the hotel for the night. If I was prepared for that, maybe it wouldn’t have been as surprising.

Amazing experience, going back for round two to fill in the gaps

Well everything is self explained pretty well from the before the procedure till post operations. Wish some of the hair care products etc etc were made more affordable though.

My whole experience with Dr Cinik clinic from start to finish was 5/5 for my hair transplant procedure. Although busy, everything was very well organized and all the staff worked extremely well together to ensure a smooth process for each of the three days. All staff were very kind and a translator was available as/when required which was great. The transportation being part of the package was great so that I didn't have to worry about that. I have already recommended this clinic to numerous friends of mine.

Everything went very well with Dr. Cinik and the whole procedure. I’m very satisfied with the results and the overall experience.
