I am writing to share my glowing review of my recent hair transplant experience. From the pre-surgery consultations to the post-surgery follow-up, the entire process was wonderful.

I especially want to commend Alaa Alhelali for providing exceptional after-surgery support. Alaa followed up with me constantly and kept me thoroughly updated on new procedures and care steps, which made me feel well-supported throughout my recovery.

My husband felt always supported all the time throughout the process and especially during the two days of surgery and medication check. Clearness and professionality are distinctive, with detailed instructions and responsiveness, since the first engagement to the after-surgery.

I can’t believe it’s already been over a year since my hair transplant with Dr. Cinik and his team! Looking back at my before photos and seeing where I am now – honestly, the results are just amazing.

The team didn’t just do the transplant and send me on my way – they were there for me every step of the way during those crucial months of recovery and growth. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly professional but also genuinely warm and friendly. You can tell they really care about their patients and take pride in their work. The whole experience felt personal, not like just another procedure on their schedule.
If you’re considering a hair transplant, I honestly can’t recommend Dr. Cinik and his team enough. The combination of excellent results, professional expertise, and genuine ongoing support made this one of the best decisions I’ve made.

I’m giving 4 stars because I have very few reasons to complain so far.
The only real issues during the transplant were some delays with the drivers picking us up and occasional waiting times. Waiting is never great, but considering the number of people they handle every day, it’s understandable. When you step back and look at the volume, they are actually quite efficient.
In the operating area, not everyone speaks English, but despite the language barrier, the staff treats you very well and makes a clear effort to communicate and take care of you.
Overall, the team is very attentive, explains the procedures clearly, and is friendly. I liked the hairline design, and the post-transplant follow-up has also been good so far.
Now I’m waiting for the results to make this experience perfect. At the end of the day, the final result is what really matters. I’m currently on day 45 post-op, and full results take up to 12 months.
If everything goes perfectly, I will gladly update this to 5 stars.

After a simple communication with the representative from the clinic, I have received an apointment in January. Everything was simple and easy, the only dificulty on the way was the waiting at the Istanbul airport were we have waited for the driver about 1 hour, but that was not such a big deal for me. After that we went to the clinic for the first blood sample. The employes and medical stuff were very kind and helpful, they explained each step with a lot of patience. Regarding the transplant procedure, it would be great if I had received a little bitt more instructions about skeching the borderlines of the hair transplant areas.

The whole experience was great and the hotel was very nice.

Great experience, very professional staff

I don't want to write a long review, but I want to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the clinic. Starting with Dr. Cinik's assistant, Diyar. After consulting with other clinics, I found him, and he did his job! He simply said everything I wanted to hear, and I immediately made a decision. He was always available from start to finish and answered all my questions. The price was also completely within my budget, not cheap but not expensive either. The staff at the clinic is very friendly and does their job well. I liked that everything was clear, everyone knows their business and does it well. Dr. Cinik himself did the markings, but the doctor who performed the surgery itself was clearly experienced, confident, and precise. The three days flew by, as did the surgery itself. It's too early to judge the results, but everything looks good. In general, I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff, as well as the post-operative team, especially Alaa, who was constantly in touch after the surgery.

Great expirence from start to finish the whole process was smooth and professional highly recomended this clinic thanks to Alla for the excellent communication and support throughout.

Great experience with Dr Cinik for my hair transplant.

I was initially anxious about the process and how well it would be handled but Sinem walked me through the whole process before I left for Istanbul and was always available when I had questions or to talk me through the next steps.

The level of professionalism and customer care was by far the exceeding of my expectations . The procedure was very smooth and again handled with the greatest professionalism, I had very clear aftercare instructions with all the support and resources I could possibly need.

I will not hesitate to use Dr Cinik again in the future and have already recommended him to my friends.

Poor result, long delays, and no responsibility taken

I had my hair transplant at this clinic in September 2023.

Unfortunately, the final result did not meet the outcome that was promised to me. The clinic later acknowledged in writing that there were issues with the result and that a second visit was necessary due to mistakes made by the clinic itself.

For almost two years, I have tried to get clear answers regarding responsibility and the practical arrangements for this second visit. Communication was mostly handled through messages. Although there were occasional phone calls, I was repeatedly given assurances and promises that were never followed through. These conversations created expectations that were later not honored.

For more than a year, I asked a very simple and basic question:
Is hotel and transport covered for my second visit, yes or no?

It took an unreasonably long time to receive a clear answer. In the end, the clinic refused to cover hotel and transport, even though this second visit is required due to their own acknowledged mistakes and even though these services are normally included in their hair transplant packages.

Instead of finding solutions, I experienced delays, vague responses, and unprofessional comments about my previous reviews.

As a patient, it is my right to share my experience. Unfortunately, the lack of responsibility, broken promises, and poor communication have left me with a very negative impression of the clinic.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.

Saç ekimimi Eylül 2023’te bu klinikte yaptırdım.

Ne yazık ki elde edilen sonuç bana vaat edilen seviyede olmadı. Klinik daha sonra sonucu ile ilgili sorunlar olduğunu yazılı olarak kabul etti ve kendi hatalarından dolayı ikinci bir ziyaret gerektiğini belirtti.

Yaklaşık iki yıldır bu ikinci ziyaretle ilgili sorumluluk ve organizasyon konularında net cevaplar almaya çalışıyorum. İletişim çoğunlukla mesaj yoluyla yapıldı. Zaman zaman telefon görüşmeleri yapıldı ve tarafıma çeşitli sözler verildi, ancak bu sözlerin hiçbiri yerine getirilmedi. Bu görüşmeler beklenti yaratıp karşılıksız bırakıldı.

Bir yıldan uzun süre boyunca sadece basit bir soru sordum:
İkinci ziyaretim için otel ve transfer karşılanacak mı, evet mi hayır mı?

Bu kadar basit bir soruya net cevap almak bile makul olmayan bir süre aldı. Sonunda, ikinci ziyaret klinik hatalarından kaynaklanmasına ve bu hizmetler normalde saç ekimi paketlerine dahil olmasına rağmen, otel ve transfer masraflarını karşılamayacaklarını söylediler.

Çözüm üretmek yerine gecikmeler, belirsiz cevaplar ve önceki yorumlarımın gündeme getirilmesi gibi profesyonel olmayan yaklaşımlarla karşılaştım.

Bir hasta olarak yaşadığım deneyimi paylaşmak en doğal hakkımdır. Ne yazık ki sorumluluk alınmaması, verilen sözlerin tutulmaması ve zayıf iletişim klinik hakkında olumsuz bir izlenim bırakmıştır.

The clinic publicly describes the second procedure as an “optional refinement.” However, the need for a second procedure was acknowledged in writing as being due to issues with the original result. It was not presented to me as optional, but as a correction.

It took nearly two years to reach this point. During that time, I repeatedly asked a very basic question regarding practical arrangements and did not receive a clear answer for a long period.

My review reflects the entire process, including the outcome, the communication, the delays, and the handling of responsibility.

I had my hair transplant at Dr. Cinik, and the entire experience was outstanding. The team was highly professional, well organized, and supportive from the first moment until the end. Everything was clearly explained, the clinic was modern and clean, and I felt completely safe throughout the procedure. The results look very natural, and I’m extremely satisfied. I visited Dr Cinik 3 weeks ago after a friend recommended him to me. The results of the hair transplant he had was amazing and my aim was to get results like he did.

I spoke to one of the pre op team and they were quick to assess me over WhatsApp and happy to assist me with any question I had. Deposit was easy, booking the dates was easy, everything was very well explained.

During the process, when I arrived in Istanbul, it was like a well oiled machine in how easy the process was - from getting off the plane, to the clinic and to the hotel which was conveniently next door.

The price is exceptional, family and friends are in disbelief on how much it cost me considering the level of care which I received.
I have recommended Dr Cinik and his team to my friends and family.
