I was having problems with the product not working properly. I was fortunate to speak to John, who explained the cause and told me how to fix it cheaply myself. He could have withheld that information and charged me for a visit.

First class service from initial enquiry through to final installation. I was offered a range of specification options and prices with a clear explanation of the differences. There was no sales pressure thoughout just clear professional advice. Once ordered I was given a fitting date and the new door was fitted on that date. The installation crew did first class job and cleared up fully on completion including removing the old door and frame. I have no hesitation recommending them from my experience.

From my first discussions with John, through to Steve arriving on site and replacing the lock they were professional at all times. Our garage needed some brickwork repairing and the floor levelling before the new door and threshold could be fitted. This work was completed quickly and professionally to a very high standard. The new door was then fitted by a separate team with a third person fitting the new threshold.

broke the cables on our up and over door and couldn't fully close the door, so worried about security- I contacted Emsworth Garage Doors late in the day, and they came back to immediately and scheduled the repair for the next day. The team arrived as promised and quickly repaired the door with new spindles and runners making it so easy to open and close, all at a reasonable price.
