Fantastic response from Peter Terry at Emsworth Heating Ltd. Called out to look at a 20 year old boiler for my elderly mother. He responded within hours and got us back up and running very quickly, professionally and with good natured enthusiasm on a Friday evening. He instantly quoted for a new boiler which was definitely required, the quote was competitive and the boiler fitted within seven days. He worked on a Bank Holiday to fit it. Very responsive to the initial and subsequent requests for things like extra thermostatic valves and the work was neat and tidy with certification and paperwork all complete within the day. Would recommend Emsworth Heating for this sort of job 100%.

Peter repeatedly tried to fix my parents old gas fire (at no cost). When we all decided the only option was a new one, he sourced it and installed it as quickly as possible. He made all the adjustments to brick work etc. and took away the old appliance leaving the site clean and my parents thrilled. We would have no hesitation in recommending Emsworth Heating Lyd.

Peter is an amiable and hard-working individual. We needed a new gas boiler and, after discussing the range of options available, he gave us a very competitive quote. Arriving as planned, he worked like a beaver to install our new combi boiler, and remove our old system. Peter completed the job under difficulty connecting new piping to old central heating pipes whilst fitting new radiators as there was a leakage so it took longer than normal..However he cleared up cheerfully having checked all the joints and the system before he left.

Very impressed with this company. We did not have to wait long for an appointment, and the plumber arrived 5 mins early on the day. He was polite, competent in his manner, and did not push us into making decisions straight away. Received a quote the next morning for supply and fit of a new Glow Worm Combi boiler. We checked with a plumber friend in London who thought the quote reasonable. We will post here again once any work we commission is complete, but first impressions extremely good!
