It was great and fast, i had missed i need to be home for the delivery but it was fast and i could get it in a postbox. I received a wrong flavour but the support was fast and really helpful.

The Waterdrop team is very kind and accommodating! I had a bottle break soon after I got it, and Waterdrop immediately sent me a new one, and even gave me something extra for the inconvenience. I love their bottles and will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future :)

I tought its a gimick when i saw add, bought it and never looked back. I was looking for alternative to sugar free cola and fizzy drinks, and i found it. My favorite is peach.

Waterdrop made an error with my order, but minutes after contacting them to say my glass water bottle had not arrived, they arranged for me to have a replacement or for store credit matching the price, plus an additional treat.
I decided to receive the replacement, rather than have store credit and the order was made the next working day, with a little extra gift, too!

Ordered a glass water bottle because it wasn't packed with bubble wrap or other secure package just in a piece of paper in a box, and sent out from the Czech Republic into United Kingdom. My bottle arrived smashed.

I’ve had a great experience with Waterdrop. The flavors are refreshing without being overly sweet, and the variety makes it easy to drink more water throughout the day. The cubes dissolve quickly and are very convenient to take on the go. My favorite drop is Fusion Evergreen — it has a crisp, clean taste that feels especially refreshing. The products are beautiful and the support team is very responsive and understanding.

While these are easy to install if you have bad water they are no where near as good as a tank system. They are noisy, they waste a lot of water constantly flushing. I am switching back TO A TANK!! Last the real reading from a water tester is higher than what the electronic readout shows on the faucet. This is after replacing the membrane - not cheap!

Delicious cubes to give your water a taste. I've ordered several times and they delivered without fail. Even if something arrives broken, they take responsibility. Love this company!

Love the product, but the packaging is ridiculous, way too much plastic, waay too much. All considered is also a bit pricey. The delivery is frustrating cause the tracking doesn't work, it gives you an initial pessimistic estimate then at some point it shows up unexpected which is nice.

I really love this product. All the flavours I really like and make my water drinking is so much better.

The bottles are of supreme quality. The flavours of the cubes are great, but you will like some more than others. Your order is packed with care.
