Incompetence reaching the grandiose!

Incompetent service:
- their website say they have “delivered my package successfully” 10 days after my order and payment
- because I have received nothing 10 days after this “delivery”, I have checked with the the transporter. The package has had customs issues and was returned to Waterdrop so the “successful delivery” was to them !
- so in a nutshell Waterdrop sat still on my money for 20 days, messed up their shipment to me, sat on my “return package” for 10 days while publicly stating a “successful delivery”. They tell me today they need now a few days to “process my return”.
- this is beyond spectacular!

Don’t be fooled by the advertised…

Don’t be fooled by the advertised delivery times. Some customers have reported waiting up to two months to receive their orders. I personally paid extra for express delivery (2–5 working days), but after nearly 10 days with no delivery or clear update, I decided to cancel my order, full refund received.

Very disappointing experience, I recommend buying from somewhere else.

Disappointing experience

Ordered the AO Limited Edition water bottles and some flavours for the first time, and was super excited. Order was dispatched 4 February, and I still haven't received my order. Sent multiple emails, no replies. They keep sending me marketing emails, but not on the status of my order.

I get a very quick answer to every question I have. Every small or big problem is solved in an express time. Really all praise for people and products. Don’t buy the under sink water filter

I ordered the under sink water filter last year. I ordered my replacement filter and I am still waiting many months later and still they Cabot deliver the filter. There is no point buying such an expensive system and they struggle to send you filters in the Uk!!!!! I would not recommend buying the system as there is no point without filters !!

Awesome customer service!

First time ordering from Waterdrop and unfortunately I did not receive all items that were ordered. Contacted the company via email and within 14(!) minutes they send me the missing items. Very quick, and very friendly reply from them. Would definitely order from them again! Keep up the great work!

I like the products

I like the products. I enjoy the electrolyte drinks, the iced tea and the cola. Also the orange flavour it lovely. I like that you can collect points, I was able to get a carafe this way. Delivery only takes a few days. There's often offers on i.e. 15% off

I highly recommend the Waterdrop bottle…

I highly recommend the Waterdrop bottle and Microlyte. They come in many delicious flavors and are sugar-free. I enjoy drinking the cubes because they make me feel refreshed and help my stomach feel clean. The water bottle is also very good, and many of my friends use the Waterdrop brand.

Drink more with ease

Waterdrop really helps me to drink more water with ease. Been drinking for more then a year and I have found my go to flavours but I also enjoy to explore the new (limited edition) flavors. They keep surprising me and it never gets boring.

poor quality and zero customer service

While the bottle looks and feels ok, the plastic spout broke after just a few days, making it hard to use and no longer waterproof. Reached out to the customer service email 4 times now over 2 weeks with zero response. Phone is always unmanned and doesn't even allow you to leave a message. For an expensive bottle (which doesn't even keep water cool for that long), I'd say stay away!

The last time I recycled my cube…

The last time I recycled my cube packages, I had 663 so I drink a lot of them. I really do love them! The only thing I wish was available is to use my points for more cubes. I’m just not wanting what is available for rewards.

They also get back to you so quickly within 3 business days, they are always super friendly to deal with, if they have a special contest if you give them your code they will look it up and get back to you so quickly unless it's a bottle, than they can check to see if you got it or not.

Nice tastes, love the bottles

I have ordered several items over the months / years with Waterdrop, and I am never truly disappointed. I love the bottles and interchangeable lids. I also love the various tastes of the drops themselves. The only thing I am not really happy with: the choice of their shipper.

Great product! Highly recommended

Been using waterdrops for a good few years now and I love the fact they come in a variety of flavours, they come in handy compact packets, save on packaging, and are low in sugar and are full of minerals.

Their products like glass bottles and thermos are brilliant. Highly recommended to anyone wanting quality natural flavours.

I'd love to be able to review the…

I'd love to be able to review the product, but am still waiting for it and can get no tracking information or help from Waterdrop. The do offer a "Shop" option, but it's intrusive in terms of my devices and I'm increasing sick of that. I can be found by my name and address, etc it doesn't need access to my device to tell when when I will receive it. If I do. As it is, optimistic that it should come by yesterday, I had planned to roll installation into a different plumber job (I'm not well enough to consider doing it) In terms of the offers and the likelihood I could get all sorts of offers, etc will my order I'd give them a 5. In terms of the product I can't say. In terms of delivery and tracking a 0 so far
